The television was very hard to make it work and change channels.

We liked the gambling area. The staff was excellent. The room was comfortable .

The room we were given had a messy bed, as if someone had already slept in it. When I travel, I always bring a set of sheets and a pillowcase in my suitcase, and I had to use them.

One of the reasons we booked there was for a pool for entertainment for our family and the pool was closed.

The rooms are convent to the casino and food.

Aside from the linens, room was not cleaned very thoroughly. There was something gross on the wall in the bathroom. The floors were visibly dirty on carpet and tile. The hard water stains in both tub and toilet made it unpleasant to use.

The absolutely lovely staff throughout the establishment and that incredible breakfast in the diner in the morning. Location super quiet.

Smoky small casino you had to walk thru to get to breakfast. Lobby also attached to casino and was smoky.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was good .they give you a voucher for their breakfast and you pick out of 4 options. Eggs and sausage came with hash browns , toast and coffee. Kinda like a Denny’s. Nice little casino. Rooms were clean beds comfortable.

Bathrooms run down since remodel Hair on counters and in sink. Appliances/coffee maker broken. TV hard to tune. Noisy. Had to walk through smoky casino for breakfast.

The toilet in our room was REALLY low. I almost fell sitting down! Our family in the room next to ours had a much higher one. You have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant.

The rooms are very large! Lots of room to spread out. The included breakfast was decent. You'll have 4-5 choices to pick from (not off the regular restaurant menu). It was very quiet even though it's on the main street.

It is definitely overpriced. The beds are very firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast choices are very limited. We had to take a ticket to the restaurant and it took a very long time to get our food. Also, the water kept getting cold then really hot. Plus, the shower heads were not fancy like they claimed in one add. The TV could not be connected to our phones or our streaming services.

The customer service is amazing. Jessy is a rock star! The room was suprisingly quiet even though we were very close to the casino. The pillows were great and the bed linens were okay. It was also pretty clean .

The bed was so uncomfortable. The shower head water pressure and flow were horrible. The room and decor were pretty dated.

It was a standard hotel quality. Nothing special. It was decently clean.

Oil smell coming from the elevator made me nauseous/sick. We could smell it all the way into the casino. I had to leave back to my room where I became sick with dry heaving from the fumes/smell.

The room was a king size bedroom with the couch table and chair, chairs, and a couple chair. But the room is next to the elevator all day and all night you hear it going up and down very uncomfortable. I would never book another room next to an elevator

The room was pretty darn good having a restaurant there was Bus and if you want to gamble there was that too, and having a bar was definitely a plus

The shower options were either ice cold or cold with the sense it might be moving towards luke warm. Either way, don't expect on taking a hot, or even a warm shower.

The bed and pillows we're very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The smell of smoke is everywhere; you cannot get away from it. The mattress was lumpy but the pillows were great.

Price, location and free breakfast were all key reasons I selected this hotel. Staff was friendly, too!

I’d asked ahead of time for a room on floor #3. ( Not guaranteed , understand) Took a room on floor 2 because was told that the guest right above , on floor #3 , had cancelled , so no one would be above us . But , then there was a guest above us , and of course , they were LOUD !! But they eventually quit , so we did get to sleep . Again , Jesse was great

Jesse , at the counter was extremely professional. He waited on two guests before us . Quickly and efficiently. Tennis too .

As a non-smoker, I was put off by he smoky smell when entering the building and walking to the restaurant. However, my room had NO smoke smell at all. Nothing to be done about the smoke in the casino…it was just the one thing I didn’t like.

Staff was exceptional (Sophia and Amanda at front desk, and Savannah in the restaurant). My room was neat and clean, and everything worked. The breakfast was a REAL breakfast, with protein and good coffee. I will stay again.

Loud neighbors upstairs running around, the bed was too firm, walking through a smoke filled casino to get to the front desk.

Large room, all the needed amenities, two tv's in our suite. The room was for a family and had two beds and a pull out couch. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was in a restaurant.
