Small room, Dirty microwave, and small very very hard bed.

Immediately coming into the room, my feet kept sticking to the floor. In the bathroom, roaches crawled in and out the bathtub drain. I called the front desk to get silverware and couldn't be helped because the person who answered the phone was not a worker.

The bed was comfy.

I didn’t like that when we entered the room it looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. It looks as if the housekeeper just changed the sheets the trash and changed the towels and walked out. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was dirt on the toilet where someone had been sitting on it. Also the room was too small for me and my guest we got the single bed and there wasn’t plenty of room to move around in the room.

The property was closer to where we had to work so that was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in.

Lots of kids running around. Several dogs (all leashed), Seemed seedy. A couple of the attendants were preoccupied with the phone more than wanting to work. More but I defer. There are literally 4 Extended Stays within 1 mile of each other.

Loved the price for last minute trip.

The room I booked did not have the couch in it and no pillows and the a/c was blowing out hot air very uncomfortable something's was taken from my room and was not replaced

The office staff could have been friendlier. The breakfast choices were meager. Coffee would run out within the first hour & The pot was not refilled. We stayed 5 days so this was not a one time occurance. There were no hair dryers, ice buckets or coffee pots in the room.

The room was not the one I had reserved, but it was clean & comfortable. The sink had a dripping faucet that would not shut off, but was replaced with a new faucet the next morning.

I have seen some vehicules not in the parking and that gave a bad image to the place.I wanted to feel safe at the look of the environment.The front desk lady was not so friendly.That was reflecting to her face.

The room was clean but had one smell I did not like.The TV remote was missing and I got one from the front desk .The checking in was not at 3:00pm,even though,I requested to Chek in a little early.The personal need to be a little professional.I did not feel,very welcome.Beside that,it was ok.

Room had no smoke detector, light switch was broken, It says it has a little kitchenette, which it did but... there were no utensils, pots pans, dishes or anything When we checked in and went to our room, to our surprise there was 2 maintenance guys in the having lunch ch or something and working on fixing something.

Old carpet, outdated appliances, and furniture

Convenient location, the staff was friendly. I do feel that it's time for the rooms to be remodeled. But my stay was decent, I will probably stay here again.

Employees acted like they didn't like their job. To be a non-smoking facility, I constantly smelled the aroma of Marijuana. I wouldn't consider that a breakfast. No ice machine.

I GOT MY FIRST ROOM AND IT WAS NOT CLEAN THE SHEET HAD BEEN TURNED INSIDE OUT BUT YOU COULD STILL SEE THE STAINS. THE BATHROOM TUB HAD A SOAP STAIN AND TUB HAD MUD PRINT AS WELL. THE COUNTER TOP WAS STILL DIRTY. THAT ROOM WAS 253. SO I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM 273 AND FLOORS IN BOTH ROOM'S WAS NOT VACCUMED. 273 HAD THE SHEET ALSO TURNED INSIDE OUT BUT WASN'T GONE CHANGE ROOMS AGAIN. REFRIGERATORS WAS NOT CLEAN IN EITHER ROOM AS WELL. NO TRASH CANS AND IN ROOM 273 THE TOWELS WAS DIRTY WITH SOMEONE LIPSTICK ALSO ON THE COVER FOR THE BED.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing. She made things very simple. Thank you.

The room wasn’t clean. When we arrived the lamp next to the bed had a broken light bulb and was not well secured to the wall. A drawer on the kitchenette cabinet was completely broken and in pieces. There was a wonderful maintenance man who graciously and speedily fixed the lamp and the draw. He apologized for the condition of the room. He indicated he was newly hired and trying to all of the rooms for repairs. There were no dishes, silverware or pots and pans available. when we asked for them, we got a couple plates, only spoons for silverware, a pan but no cooking utensils, etc. Had to buy our own. It appeared that some people actually live in some of the suites permanently. people tended to loiter outside of rooms and at times it was noisy.

Poor maintenance in assigned room, environment scratchy. Had to switch rooms as it appeared someone was staying in the room that was assigned. The room was not cleaned and beer bottles were on the night stand.

Staff was accommodating, walked with us to check assigned room and accommodated our concerns and provided options for consideration.

The smoke smell and dirty environment were beyond bad. Not having toilet paper was an interesting problem to solve.

The hotel is gross. Cigaret butts, trashes, shopping carts. You have people zoning around, car revving The room was extremely humid, everything in their was moist.
