My first room was unmade, and they had to give me another room, which was out of toilet paper. My microwave was dirty as well as the toilet.

The location and staff were great.

1. The advertised exercise room was rusted out and unusable. 2. The advertised pool was also unusable. 3. The locks on the outside doors weren't working, so the building was open to anyone. 4. The lock on our room door stopped working partway through our stay, and we had to switch rooms. 5. I found someone's underwear in our hotel room. 6. The manager promised us a discount considering all of the above, but he isn't responding to Booking's attempts to contact him.

The only three people I saw working there were amazing, perpetually doing their best despite a building that was falling apart around them.

When booking room , I had picked this one because of the pool. Pool wasn't working, rusted cover plates over tissue in bathroom. Couldn't play our personal DVD's due to internet being locked. Personal DVD's don't require internet outside the hotel. Pulling into the hotel it looks deserted until you drive around and go to the back of the hotel to get in. For the price it wasn't worth it and a broken pool on top.

The hallway carpet was heavily stained. The back door was never locked. The dog run area was littered with dog waste. The lady at the front desk was very cold. She just gave instructions like she had said them a million times.

Bad, pre packaged food you heat in a microwave. Cold cereal. Waffles you make yourself was the only hot food.

Room was very outdated. Power button for lamp by bed was loose and didn’t work. Couldn’t get hot water at night- but in the morning there was plenty. Appeared that the bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned- old toothpaste on sink and smudges on handles of faucet. We always carry some cleaning supplies for instances like this it but it’s disappointing to have to pay for a room and then clean it yourself. There were no washcloths left in the room so had to walk the length of the hotel to get some from front desk. No staff sitting at desk- had to ring for service.

Hotel was easy enough to find from highway. Front desk girl knew what all the breakfast items were. Breakfast was nice selection. Relatively quiet room.

The carpet through the whole place was nasty. Rooms need to be updated and new furniture in them. Wore out and completely old.. TV had a huge scratch on it.

The location was the only good thing about it.

The beds were hard and the carpet throughout the hotel was dirty and stained. The work out facilities were very small and 1 of the 2 prices of equipment didn't function.

The staff was great and quick to help with any questions or problems. The pool was small but very nice.

The facility was very outdated. The bathroom tub dripped 24/7. The tile floor was breaking off. The breakfast facility only seated 4-6 people. The property need updated and cleaned.

Animal hair all over. Not much to choose at breakfast. No protein. Chair in the room was dirty.

The room had a horrible smell like cat urine!!! The door didnt shut right. We had to pull really hard. Beds not very comfortable. People upstairs were very very noisy late at night. Yes I did message the property with no response.

This Quality Inn didn't have any machines that had waters,pops,or juices in bottles or cans, nor any machines that carried little snacks at all that you were able to purchase.

I like the pool area it was clean, I just hated that the gym area was out of order at the time I was there.
