The musty smell in the room. The was too low to the ground. It was almost the size of an elementary school toilet. The breakfast was not the best. Not many many options. The price was not worth the stay.

The pool was nice. The dressers were nice and clean. The a/c worked good.

First room smelled like mold. Trim around window was falling apart. There was much to be desired at the Breakfast Buffet. Coffee was bitter. The grass was almost a foot tall.

Second room we stayed in was clean. Thankful the manager allowed us to change rooms. Location was close to the venue. I think the property has potential.

Continental breakfast was very underwhelming. While comfortable the whole hotel could stand some updating. Just a little worn out looking.

Pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Had to sleep using it in the form of a couch. Fortunately there was only 3 of us staying in that room. Breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were mushy and the eggs were like a microwave type packaged crap.

I think this is a booking.com issue and I'm trying to find how to contact customer service as hotel clerk could not do anything about the room. I booked a king with 2 double sofas. When checked in, hotel staff told me they do not have a room like that. Shower curtain not full length of walk in shower so floor got wet every time someone took a shower. The breakfasts were minimal, looked disgusting, and unappetizing. Water damage on ceiling. Toilet flushing in an upstairs area/room every 2 hours so we could hear rushing water sound all through the night in the area of the sofa bed that was being used. Coffee not filled regularly in lobby. Housekeeper entered room without knocking while we were finishing getting ready and packing up yet. Dirty washcloth left in bathroom that was overlooked from previous guests that housekeeping forgot to pick up. Carpets in room need a shampoo.

Size of room but when I booked ot was supposed to be a 2 double sofa bed and king size bed.

This hotel advertises that it has breakfast, which is technically true.....but the hot breakfast thursday morning consisted of scrambled eggs, friday and saturday morning was scrambled eggs, cold biscuits and hot gravy, and sausage links. There was syrup available, but no waffle maker observed. There was also bread, muffins, and hard boiled eggs. I asked for my room to be cleaned and new towels on the second morning of my three day stay, but my words fell upon deaf ears. A better variety at breakfast and room service would have changed my opinion of this hotel for the better.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was in the same town as the project that was working on. I have stayed here before and Ilike the fact that the owner seems to have pride in his business by making improvements.

We came to relax and we couldn’t even use the hot tub because it wasn’t warm and they said it would be 2 hours before it would warm up but then it would be closed/checked out.

The A/C did not work. And that was crucial for us because we were in a heat warning that day. Our room was super humid, the toilet was sweating all over the floor causing puddles of water. The outside was not maintained and over run with weeds about 4 feet high. We didn’t stay and ended up leaving.
