The kitchen has nothing and need to pay additional to get it things. The towel is very thin and not clean either.

I like the price and location. Laundry is ok but need to pay.

Complimentary breakfast is a complete disappointment. They should stop saying they offer one. Some ready packets of dry oats, black coffee, packed muffins and some iced tea or coffee options were kept on a trolley. It's like grab a thing on the run rather than a breakfast. It was hot weather when I stayed there. AC was not working very well. I didn't bother much about it though.

Walmart, Target, Minards and three bus stops are close by. Very quiet location. Room was very spacious. Mostly cooked breakfast and dinner in the room using the kitchen ware, cook top, microwave and fridge available in the room. Got the groceries from the supermarkets. Reasonable washing machine usage fee. The staff was very helpful. Addressed all our queries with patience.

Dirty clothing left in the drawers from the previous occupant. That means that housekeeping did not do a thorough job with cleaning after the last person checked out.

It wasn’t throughly cleaned. I may be picky but felt I had to clean kitchen area before using cabinets and fridge. I think they can clean better. Also other customers were little loud on some nights

Pleasantly surprised by this property. I knew it was a basic hotel but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was especially impressed by the friendliness of the check-in clerk.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the location and room were more than adequate for my short stay. Price was great compared to other locations on that weekend.

The room was very spacious & clean & nice. Beds a little firm. There was a small kitchen but no dishes, pots pans or anything, not even plastic cups in the bathroom or coffee. The breakfast only offered packaged muffins, oatmeal/fruit bars & oatmeal packets. No decaf coffee, but hot chocolate & regular coffee available. Good price & location, quiet.

The girl who checked us in was rude, cursing and complaining about how she should’ve stayed home, etc. her daughter was roaming the halls and she was yelling at her to go to bed. Not professional at all. There were no cups or ice bucket in the room.
