Fresh paint! Face lift!
The bed was very comfortable, the jacuzzi was amazing! Breakfast was ok for free, hotels definitely needs a face lift.

The breakfast wasn't what it used to be. The same spots on the floor were both days. It was just disgusting. The cooler really needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

The staff. Had to wake them up to check in. No one attended to the breakfast. No eggs no forks no napkins. No one ever at the desk. Either out smoking or in the lobby on their phone covered in a blanket.

The card keys to my room never worked properly. I always had to make numerous attempts to get the card to work, and would often have to go all the way to the front desk to get a new one made. Not convenient! They kept telling me that I needed keep the card away from other cards in my wallet or anything magnetic. I did keep the card separate in my shirt pocket so that obviously was not the issue......something is wrong with their system.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there is complimentary coffee available 24/7

Down side was the halways/ stairways getting to the rooms was very musty old & stale smelling like old cigaret smel .was very worried walking towards our room that the room would smell too ..Thankfully it didn't & we had a great relaxing stay .. I guess its needs updateing ./ redecorating.. ?
The room was massive & very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly & professional. It was great value & great location.

When we stayed we arrived at 11:45pm and they had a room on first floor as I requested which was great. When I went to the room I noticed it was open and I just had to push the door. Not use the key. At that time of night that didn’t feel safe. I searched the room to be sure no one was inside.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
We did not eat breakfast. It was very comfortable. The carpeting is dated but the beds, bedding and towels were all in excellent condition.

Door lock keycards were not consistent working. Sheets had stains on them and they didn’t have enough towels for us always have four towels for us for swimming or showering.

It was very out of date. I felt like I had to check for sketchy cameras in the room. Pool was gross. Breakfast juice dispenser didn’t work. But got working got us water bottles.

Our first room was dirty, and musty and light bulbs in the bathroom were burning out.
The staff were very nice and accommodating when there were problems with our room. Easy access.

This hotel is in the process of a major renovation. If you can accept a few frayed rugs and peeling paint in the hallways, this facility is a good price for today's general market pricing.
Despite renovation process, my room was exceptionally large, clean, and quiet. Breakfast room is adjacent to reception and is newly decorated. Hotel is near bridge to Canada near Highway 94.

Water in the shower/bath didn't get very hot; warm enough, but not steamy like I like. One of the mornings I stayed and went to the breakfast room to eat but it was all packed up 15 mins early.
Great heating in the room, the gym and free breakfast was a bonus.

Room was dirty. I took bleach wipes to heater, very filthy. Bedding where to start. Pillow cases either stained or long black hair on them. Bedding sheet which was folded down upon opening it had stains on it. Bathroom towels had stains on some. Very concerned about side entrance. Was not card key security. Anyone could come into this hotel and go anywhere with out employees knowing. Otherwise if this was done properly the stay was great.
Staff were very helpful and caring. Housekeepers to Desk Clerks.
