Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Door in room was very dirty and sitting in the right light you could see things running down it. Fridge had some spots inside, but other than that it was ok
I looked at breakfast, but did not eat. Juice machine down, small selection of fresh fruit and hot food was fried egg and sausage (not much variety)

The breakfast was sub-par at best; two food pans were completely empty & two others were close to being empty. There were no juices available at all. We were told the dispenser wasn’t functioning - and hadn’t been all week. There were no signs indicating that. Nothing was said about it when we checked into the hotel. No bottled or pitchers of juices were available. Either it was unavailable or the remote didn’t work properly as we weren’t able to access a television guide & had to click stations one by one. Not a big deal, but it was frustrating.
We were greeted & checked in by an extraordinarily friendly & informative lady. Our room was clean & comfortable.

Toilet broke and would not flush. Shower was weak and had no pressure.

The shower head didn't work very well. There was no swimming pool or hot tub.

There was no dishes to use, no hot water for 2.5 days!!! There was no notifications or follow up. It was EXTREMELY frustrating. A refund and a different accomodation was never offered. Had I moved hotels, I would have paid for 2 rooms for 2 days and this was unacceptable. There should be a credit or discount offered.
I appreciated that they accomodated me as far as my room location.

When I made my reservation I told the manager that I would be bringing cash to payout at end of stay...I was not told that the facility did not take cash so yes I came from Florida with cash because that is the way I pay for anything I do or purchase when I am on vacation with cash so with that said I had no way of getting the money back into my account and then the kicker it is not paid for at the end of our stay but everyday it is withdrawn...and after all of the travel to get to there...when I did finally get to check in and find out this info it was like six thirty or so when we arrived and your employee was like oh well you will need to find another place to stay...so that is what started it all was her attitude and could have cared less if we had a place to stay or not...I will not ever stay there again and if find out that anyone we know that will be going to see my daughter and her new baby I will definitely tell them not to stay at your facility...
The comfort of the bed and that is it....

Williston has lots of workers who are out in the muddy fields so there can be dirt clumps in the hall. it comes with the territory.
like the spacious rooms. it has great kitchenette facilities if one needs it. Their breakfast is wonderful and the gate keeper is always cleaning and disinfecting. Cheesy potatoes were yummy!!!

That I didn't pick them first. SUPER8 in Williston should be condemned and bulldozed. THANK YOU MAINSTAY
Everything from booking the suite online to breakfast in the morning was amazing. I admit I tried to save a few bucks by reserving a room at SUPER 8 in Williston and it was was the single most disgusting place I've ever seen (and that's an understatement) Nevertheless, the moral of this story is that after canceling the room at the SUPER 8 I reserved a king suite for 3 nights at the MAINSTAY in Williston instead and we couldn't have been happier. Super clean Super quiet Super big suite Super friendly staff Super clean elevator (that worked) Super Super great hot breafast The Mainstay in Williston saved our vacation and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is into quality over quantity. I will never stay at another SUPER 8 again....... Just sayin #MainstayINwilliston👍👌 *affordable yet very nice and an overall GREAT experience *
