The overall cleaning of prior to arrival and quality check on bed sheets not being stained. The cover for night warmth needs to be checked and replaced due to condition not usable. Had to get new one and plunge the toilet until it would work the first day?

Upon arrival staff friendly and knowledgeable. Nevertheless, toilet would not flush with pressure and I personally had to get a plunger and improve the pressure. The bed cover was torn and unusable and sheets not cleaned, stained. The rug needed deep cleaning and vacuumed. The couche was dirty and stained sunk in, really needs to be replaces and we had a suite.

Thin walls could hear the next room. Was overbooked, so I didn't get the room I asked for online with booking. It was fine, tho I was still happy with the replacement.

Only downside was the hotel had an off smell throughout and including in the room.

Like most of the places we stayed the breakfast was below average and catered for the truckies not international guests. The toaster was on its last legs and only toasted one side. The bar was not utilised and the barman was noted sitting on the otherside of the bar watching tv with nothing to do, poor chap.

After 6 weeks travelling this was a good find. It was in a good location for us 30 minutes to attractions and airport. Fresh and clean with good furnishings. Thankfully close to many restaurants, in walking distance.

Breakfast was the worst I've had in a long time at a hotel. Most of the main item were empty all the time. The eggs, sausage, and biscuits were continually empty and they also ran out of bread and milk! no peanut butter. As soon as they refilled the few items they were all snatched up immediately and then we had to wait another 10 minutes before it was partially refilled. Pathetic, Especially running out of milk

I asked for washcloths when the maid service lady came and she gave me a towel for the floor and said, " five more minutes for the wash clothes," needless to say I never received any. The only other complaint I have is the trash cans didn't have any liners. I've never been to a hotel and the trash cans didn't have liners . Not having trash liners are unsanitary and unclean. All that I just mentioned can be rectified.

The breakfast was very bland. There was not a whole lot of variety and there was no food left 20 minutes before 9am. The coffee cups were too small. The dryer in the second floor did not work and the maintenance guy, Ray, was not too happy to assist me.

I liked the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the property. The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable.

Because I chose to pay at the property they didn’t actually reserve the room I booked. I was told at check in they no longer had the 2 queen beds and pull out sofa that I had requested months in advance. Instead my girls had to share one of the queen beds. While we made it work, it wasn’t ideal.

The lady of the staff when I checked in was a bit rude. She was more concern to be on her phone and eating more than anything. I felt like I was bothering her. Also, the heat didn’t work during my stay so the room was chilly. And despite multiple requests I ´ve made to that same lady (and her promise to take care of it), no additional blanket were never delivered in my room.

The location, the comfort of the room, the free breakfast and they allowed me to check out 30 mns after the regular check out time.

The front desk agent took my cash money as a deposit and never put it in the system, possibly stole my money. Sad part is I couldn’t get my money back
