Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe boxspring needs to be removed (it's too squeaky given it's use). Just make it a platform bed. Also the showerhead is a bit low. If you are 5'10' or taller, you will need to bend down a little bit to get under it.
The room was clean and seems to be a good value for the price. I only needed the room for one night, but it served it's purpose successfully.

United StatesThe Staff at night time, it was some girl. cant recall her name but she was EXTREMELY rude. especially when my key was working to get in my room. i called and she was immediately rude to me saying i had to walk in the cold all the way to the office, so i did... had an attitude and gave me another card. i got up to my room and it still didnt work. I called and she got MAD AT ME and took her time getting to me to open my door. so poor service on that part.
The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. It was cozy.

United StatesI brought my dog, but was super grossed out that there was so much poop that others had neglected to take care of. The floor was dirty. When I went barefoot my feet were filthy. Also, the bathroom ceiling leaked. But the room had good facilities and the decor was nice. Bed was very comfortable.

United StatesThe room was cold. it was a 17F night and the room was absolutely frigid. the furnace wouldn’t heat it up but Matt the awesome maintenance man was very fast to respond and even loaned us his personal space heater. The guy is amazing and very good conversation too. we liked him a lot. Thank you Matt!
Rooms were set up nicely. It was clean and they did a great job with everything. The desk manager was super helpful and very welcoming. That was very cool and I could tell the young man took a lot of pride in his job. I cannot thank the staff at this location enough as they are super people doing a super job.
