The staff was very unprofessional they were high you could smell the drugs in there clothes people laying around staff in all the beds stunk it was a horrible experience I will never book there again

Food was bad Food was cold when it should have been hot they didn't clean up people laid out all in the lobby the rooms were so hot they said they had central air conditioner where I had to get out of there in an ambulance

A/C was crappy, meth head running around yelling at 5am

The breakfast wasn't what I thought it would be only muffin or cereal

I booked a room at this hotel my mother is elderly there was no building you could go in they had us waiting outside in the blazing heat trying to alternate the reservation never got a chance to even get a room at the hotel after they had already charged me a fee to change the reservation told me they would refund my money they had changed me to change the reservation all this while sitting in heat with my handicap mother man and many other exhausting things I don't even want to continue explaining because I can right a whole book on all the things they put us through it's just exhausting just trying to text it thank you please never waste your time trying to book a room here you might just dye trying to do it

The area and the staff we had everything booked and to come to find out they did not charged us so I had to pay out of pocket again

The bath tub was not clean and when she did come she didn’t use no water

The price was ok, but after we saw the room, I wished I wouldn't have even paid that. At least there were no bedbugs.

The room smelled like smoke and sour washcloth despite being a "smoke free" room, there were huge wads of hair in the bathtub/shower, there were cigarette burns on the bathtub edge, there were large pieces of garbage behind the toilet, the toilet had a lot of orange slime with hair and dust sticking to it, the floors were not swept, the A/C smelled like mice, and there was a lot of mold all over the bottom half of the shower curtain. To top it off, when I was just excited to get the breakfast and leave, the only breakfast options were Cheerios and something that looked like color washed fruitloops. The milk was just a jug of milk sitting on the counter all morning. No coffee or juice, no warm food, not even bread and a toaster.

Nothing, rooms was very smelly and lods of cocorages and floor tiles were broken, microwave was not working, so overall nothing good for money

It was horrible. There are roaches every where. They are in every single room.

I had to leave.

Roaches, hard bed , smelly room, hair on floor and shower , dirty shower curtain and room needed to be vacuumed , roaches in the fridge, ac unit super loud

The room. We had to cancel the moment the property was visited. Damp smell.
