No complimentary coffee offered in rooms or at least a beverage area. But other than that, it was a nice pleasant night stay.

The AC/Heat unit didn’t work properly. The control board seemed to have been damaged. Only a few of the control boards light up when pushed, but I’m still not sure they worked. The remote for the TV didn’t seem to work properly. The BIGGEST problem was the lack of accessible 120 outlets. The only ones I could actually access were by the sink. I use a c- pap, so I need an easy to reach 120 outlet by the bed, on one side or the other. The walls and ceiling transmitted a lot of noise. On the other hand, the price was excellent.

It was a value and the staff was awesome and would have helped but our tv was only working on kids cartoons and we were so tired that we didn't want to have anyone come fix it. Our neighbors had louder pets so tv was necessary background noise for sleep... so cartoons it was. I really believe the staff would have helped if we asked. It's walking distance to gas stations and cheap food and about a 7 minute drive to a busy area for shopping in Cedar Rapids.

The price was good and it was pet friendly which is hard to find.

Not enough pillows and they didn't have any extra pillows to provide to me when I asked for two extra pillows.... There's only 2 on the bed and you need two pillows each so you can sit in the bed and use the headboard with the pillows for back support for watching TV and relaxing.

The staff is always friendly and the price of the rooms is great. I got the Jacuzzi suite for $70 that is a bargain!!!! 😁

front desk staff said our original double bed room (one i booked) did not have a fridge or microwave - offered to 'upgrade' us to second floor. that was fine- but when we got to room it was one full size bed, the fridge didnt have any shelves - it was housed in a broken cabinet and was dirty- whole room was dirty. bed was ok but i was disappointed our double bed disappeared and we weren't told. our tv didnt work either - it turned on but remote wounld not change channel- i went to front desk for new remote and staff gave me one but it didnt work either.

The tv was still on, so I thought someone was in here. There's no carpet, so the floor feels wet from humidity. There's a used bar of soap still in the shower.

You get what you pay for. The staircase and the hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, there were stains, dirt, and other things on it. The floor in my room was sticky with something, so I only took my shoes off when I got to the bed and always put them on to go to the bathroom. The air conditioner was very loud and there was a beeping sound coming from the hallway that I could hear in my room. The bottom sheet was also put upside down in the bed and was thin enough to see the printed mattress pattern.

The price was good. The one staff person I saw at check-in was nice.

All the flooring in the room was popped up. The rooms smelt like smoke in a smoke free room. Lack of cleaning in the bathroom before we arrived, there was a lot of hair on the toilet and over the shower walls. Shampoo was no provided.
