Had the basics and appeared clean enough.

The room was small, very sparse not especially comfortable. No seating besides the beds and one chair. No bar soap provided; shampoo and bath soap was poor quality. We decided not to stay the night and left a couple hours after check-in.

The bed and bedding were good. It was pretty quiet considering that is next to El Camino. It was clean and nicely decorated. Liked the coffee setup and water and granola bars.

Did not like the metal plate that wraps around the bed. Feet hit it each time and makes a loud noise. Not enough light in the room at night. I now don’t like the fact that I was told there was no breakfast and now find out there WAS breakfast!!

It was more of a motel rather than a hotel.

It felt like sleeping on a cloud! The room was clean and nicely decorated. Clean area and close to shopping, and coffee.

The beds were comfortable easy access to the freeway.

There was only a virtual front desk worker so you couldn’t really call for anyone.

    Close to freeway and restaurants.

    1. The refrigerator could not adjust the temperature. Since everything froze the first night, we tried to lower the temperature a few degrees. The next morning, there was a flood inside. 2. We stayed several days and needed to change bath towels, but the room service never came. 3. The shower room, liquid soap, and shampoo were horrible. The shampoo label said “Shampoo: Conditioner,” but it was shampoo only. When I finished washing my hair, it was not smooth at all. The soap made my skin dry after using it for several days. Both came in crummy plastic bottles without a pump. You have to open caps each time you use them. I can tell the hotel owner doesn't want to spend money on these soaps. We’ve stayed at this place several times before, and it was not like this. It seems the hotel owner has changed over the years.

The room was in an excellent location to where I needed to go. The location of my room was towards the back and very quiet. I liked the Keurig Coffee Maker and selection of choices. It had a nice refrigerator and the sheets and towels were fresh and did not smell of any fabric scent. Great price for the location and as a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe. I liked the small lamps on each side of bed. Nice accent. The remodel was very well done. Large shower.

The window would not lock so I did not feel safe leaving my laptop in my room when I went out to visit family during the day. I would suggest they put a dimmer on the overhead lights in the room. Too bright. The fan/light in bathroom was loud - would be nice to have a choice of just light and no fan but I understand they need to vent the bathroom.

Plenty of free parking. They use a keyless system which was really convenient. Location is great. Had fridge, microwave, and complementary water, tea and coffee.

The blinds were broken in our room. The spring beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. They were also placed on top of metal frames which made the noise so much worse. We had a double bed room and since one of the bed is located in front of the AC, the room can get very hot/cold depending on which bed you pick. The bathroom walls were so sticky!! Also there’s no conditioner so remember to bring your own.

It was no nonsense. Efficient check in and check out. Clean room although the bathroom floor looked a bit grimy. About what I’d expect for a 2/3 star motel.

The Marriott it was not. The location is a little squalid.

Clean, refreshed interior, central location, free parking,

The virtual concierge takes some getting used to. I checked in late and I had to wait quite a while for the virtual concierge to come online. Aircon is very noisy.

Convenient location, adequate parking, within my budget, clean and functional.

There was no wall art in the room (I am a returning visitor and was disappointed to see no hanging photo, art, or framed poster in my unit [there was still hardware on the back wall, which matches the pattern of where art has typically been hung in other rooms when I have stayed previously]). Bathroom notes: I saw some mold on the baseboard by the front of the shower and noticed that there was some splash residue from previous shower use on the tiles above the height level of the showerhead. I get that the space has limitations due to the compact layout (both when it comes to cleaning and managing overspray from the shower), but I wanted to flag so that these details can be properly addressed before the next guest uses the room. I was able to utilize the full functionality of the bathroom and the rest of the unit during my stay.

Cute hotel. It was updated and clean.

My room was close to the road, but it wasn't super noisy. It was a bit small and the check-in was remote, but that wasn't horrible. It was an easy check in. Overall I recommend it.
