    Nice location to be alone with my date.

    I didn't have security deposit for my stay. There was no convenients for the first time.

    The room was horrible. It was smelly, moldy, bugs flying, be very very very uncomfortable, tv kept cutting off. It was horrible and the woman was so rude, her entire demeanor changed when she seen me

    I tried to call the property many times. A booking.com customer service rep called, as well as a rep from Choice Hotels, the parent company, with no answer. Then staff was rude and defensive when we showed up in person. Please do not stay at this hotel until they change management.

    Thank you for reviewing and providing comments. Joel, first of all, the booking was in your name, but the staff was still attempting to assist the person who arrived for check-in. Our hotel policy does not allow guests to check in if the booking is in someone else name. Despite this, the staff was eager to check the person in and was not at all loud, and we were watching our cameras, so please do not leave incorrect feedback. Regarding the phone, when you called, the crew was on the property checking the rooms. Thank you

    The only thing we liked was the young man that checked us in was very polite and very understanding. The room we were checked in, as soon as we opened the door it had a strong foul smell .. they try to cover up with spray cleaner or deodorizer spray. The vent of the AC/Heater vent was broken and wasn’t blowing out cool air. The laminated flooring was so slippery that my partner and I slipped. They used some cleaning product that doesn’t suppose to be used on that type of flooring. Also there was a puddle of water from under the counter top that flowed down to the same slippery floor. We have addressed the young man about the room. And also we mentioned the toilet seat was broken. He offered us another room rm 121, but we decided to stay at the original room 128 due to the fact it was getting late we were extremely tired from long days work.. and moving our belongings to another room that was on the opposite end of the building. This is before we slipped and fell from a slippery floor, broken toilet seat, ac/ heater broken. So this lady suppose to be the new management, comes complaining about her plants that my husband parked his truck at . The truck door was higher than her plant in the ground. She stating that her plants are getting hit by his door. So he moved to another spot that he can not see or hear anything out there if his vehicle was getting broken into or vandalized. Because it happened before and plus we have paid for parking and they should be responsible for the vehicles if anything to happened to it. The most mess up about this, “DEPOSIT”!! This Lady the only lady there at the office… it was time to check out and I was behind this older man and he mentioned he was checking out. So he asked about his deposit. She asked him where’s his key he mentioned he left the key in the room. She said “ no no no you have to give me the room key in order for her to release the deposit. So he had to find someone to open the door.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. The floor may have felt slippery due to recent deep cleaning and maintenance, and we regret any discomfort this caused. Your concerns about the air conditioning and toilet seat were acknowledged at the front desk, and an alternative room (Room 121) was offered to you. However, you chose to remain in the original room as you expressed satisfaction with it. Regarding the parking situation, our team observed that your large truck damaged newly planted rose bushes. We have designated areas for larger vehicles and had advised accordingly. Please note that our policy allows one complimentary vehicle per room. In your case, two were brought in, and it was initially stated that the truck would be leaving shortly. We do not charge for parking, and we’re sorry if there was any confusion. Concerning the deposit: our policy requires the return of the room key for refund processing. Additionally, during housekeeping inspection, cigarette buds were found in the trash, confirming a violation of our non-smoking policy. The deposit was retained to cover the cost of deep cleaning. When this was explained at the front desk, your reaction included aggressive language toward our staff, which we do not tolerate.     It was close to the airport Bathroom was fairly modern Could check in after midnight

    The check in staff were very unfriendly & the reception had an overpowering smell of curry spices - which made me feel sick. The rooms are VERY dated and tatty, holes in the curtain lining, big chips off the furniture.
