The bed is extremely uncomfortable

I requested a extra bed because 5 people cant fit on 2 queen size beds. The ac unit was cold but if you were lying on the bed farthest from it you couldnt feel it. There was no breakfast at 7am. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 9am. My husband was told 1st come 1st served at 7am when he went to have breakfast. He was told that they weren't restocking the breakfast foods.

No one was ever at the front desk.....ever. A bit noisy and we were placed on the first floor with the dope smokers. No breakfast except cereal. Not at all enjoyable. Plants were dead. Needed landscaping redone. I've seen worse, however.

Pool was clean. Nice to have a decent restaurant right there. Close to everything. Relatively clean.

The staff looked questionable. When I raised a concern during check in the gentleman and lady were getting loud fast so I just let it go so my family could enjoy it. It's cheap but the staff should look presentable and clean. The food for breakfast don't eat it. I don't think it's fresh the bagels were so hard you couldn't even pull them apart. The bathtub was gross I wouldn't allow my kids to shower in them.

The restaurant across the street was great. The location is decent since it's close to Hershey Park. The room was joining so we were able to open the doors and connect with family without leaving our rooms.

Our bathroom was NOT clean. The tub/shower had dirt marks all over the bottom of the tub and there was soap scum on all the nozzles and the sink. We weren’t able to get washed up because of it. And we also saw hair on the bathroom floor.

Front desk receptionist was very helpful and so nice! Room was very nice (except cleanliness of our bathroom). Comfortable for the night.

The pictures on the website made it look like the rooms were only accessible from inside. The doors to the room were on the outside It’s an old property but it was clean. It needs to be updated. We were supposed to get breakfast included but we didn’t get anything because they were done serving when we checked out.

We were going to a concert at Hershey Park Stadium and the location was perfect!

Breakfast. I chose this space for location and included breakfast. The attendant was pleasant, but the restaurant was substandard.

Breakfast was no more than an apple and a choice of 2 cereals. The orange juice mix wasn't tasty.

Rooms were small. No closet to hang up clothes and they wanted a 100$ security hold on my card for possible damages. This should have been in my booking

The breakfast is bad and offers only apples, oatmeal. If you want to be able to eat breakfast at the hotel, go somewhere else.

Breakfast should not even be advertised. Not even continental style. Stale bagels, but nothing really to put on them except butter; lukewarm water, for I guess the oatmeal packets, but no tea bags and that was about it.

It's an old building, and it needs an upgrade. The included breakfast was cereal and fruit. In the bathroom, the toilet didn't flush.

It was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The "queen" bed we were promised was actually a full size bed. While running water for a shower, it took about 5 minutes for the water to even get warm. Room was very small but at least it wasn't dirty. My biggest dislike would have to be that the small parking lot where my room was located, someone took our parking spot so we had to park down a dark alley on the other side of the building and carry our bags.

Parking was tight. Use of duct tape to hold together broken items in room was interesting. Wallpaper in closet bulging off the walls, and even with heat on bathroom was freezing and could not put anything in closet as it was freezing cold.

Location was close to my reason for traveling. Staff was friendly.
