It was outdated

It was just something to sleep at for a few hours so it was fine. Breakfast was ehhhh, the facility is outdated. Lights flicker.

I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation, albeit so brief. It was an overnight stay during a cross-country road trip, so it was a decent place to rest passing through Lubbock. The staff were very courteous and were pleasant enough to offer me a quiet room.

Toilets did not work. (2 rooms). Towels were thread bare. TV did not work. No coffee maker in the rooms.

Staff very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Toilet and TV problems were fixed in a timely manner.

Breakfast was acceptable, largely a carb bar. Wifi was not existent in the room. I had to hop on the neighboring McDonald's wifi to do any work. There is no cable at the property, only antenna TV or wifi on their Roku. The antenna TV is poor at best. The TV was unable to connect to any internet. As such, no TV and no wifi.

The property was nice. The room was large and relatively clean. Check in staff were wonderful.

We were on a lengthy road trip. Of all the hotels we stayed in, the night in Lubbock was the most disappointing. The entire property looked worn out and marginally clean. The door lock sensor was taped onto the door handle. There were dirty oil smudges on the bathroom door. The facility had apparently been painted, but very amateurishly.

The size of the room was good and we liked that there was a couch in the room.

The mattress was bad. It was one of the worst nights sleep ever had in a while. It feels like it's starting to get rundown. Very limited breakfast. The night staff wasn't rude, but they were not polite. The morning guy was better. The tv didn't work. The coaxial was stripped and shoved into the back of the TV and held in with painters tape. The fridge was missing shelves.

The waffles were good.

When I got there the first day the bed lining was dirty, then I renewed and came back it was bed bugs and I had to change rooms in the middle of the night and it has roaches don't know if I will be ever go back

The breakfast was good and they get things done once you go to the office and let them know that it's something wrong, which I don't feel like you should have to tell them what has to be done inspect and do your job people are paying for the service

Needed more than biscuits that needed to be warmed up and gravy. No eggs or meat. Pool was closed

Staff was friendly. Linens were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Waffles were delicious. Fruit was fresh.

Desk staff are not very professional, seemed bothered tha t they have to assist in check in. Rarely smile upon greeting you or show any appreciation for business. Do not even try to make you feel welcome.. Facilities are generally adequate for business, wifi seems secure, Door frames in rooms are often beat up and unrepaired from having to reposition door saftey lock. Main door lock closes and locks, however, additional security lock often does not work due to incorrect positioning. This last stay cleaning attendant walked into my room without knocking, sheets and bedding did not appear to be clean, bathroom shower walls need to be cleaned occassionally as well as floors. I saw cockroaches in the room and mentioned it to management and was told they just had it sprayed, however, were unhappy with the job they and promised to have it redone.

I have stayed at this location often and generally pleased. The rooms are spacious, ammenities are generally good repair, Managers are courteous and go out of there way to correct problems. They promised to address all of the issues I didn't appreciate below and In the past they been helpful in getting them corrected.

Not stating the pool is down until next year, it looked as if there was dried blood on the elevator door, the ceiling by the a/c duct was coming off and broken, none of the vending machines were operational, on the second floor the ice machine wasn’t working, bed were hard as rocks, it looked as though someone had smoked in our bathroom as there were burn stains on the side of the bathtub.

The location was great!! The staff was nice.
