I liked the location proximity to the hospital that I was working at.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. There were crumbs on the floor, toothpaste smeared on the counter, feces on the side of the toilet, and several hairs in the shower upon my arrival. I arrived late and had to work early in the morning, but I went and got cleaning supplies for the next day. There were also homeless people loitering outside which made me feel not at ease being a young female traveler.

Clean and location was great

People next door to us was slamming doors and being loud and obnoxious and was running around the hallway yelling

Location/ very clean/ QUIET

Tub had slip resistant texture, but the cleaning solution used between guests made the tub VERY slippery

Pool balcony view was great

Bathroom needs to be cleaner vaccum

Friendly, helpful staff. Loved all the little activities (I.e. game room, pool, etc.). Clean facilities. Location.

Some things could be updated/refurbished. Didn’t have eggs at breakfast this trip.

The hotel is located right off of a major highway in Ohio within a block of many hotels. There is a large pool, but the hot tub has been removed. There is no giftshop. The room was extremely affordable compared to the other hotels. It is an older hotel that has been renovated. There is a huge Howard Johnson orange Adirondack chair out front for a photo opp. The breakfast spread was nice - toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, folded eggs with cheese, sausage, yogurt, fruit, milk, and waffle makers. There is a fish tank in the lobby and a brochure rack.

The sheets had black marks on them, likely from the industrial washing machine. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but it is no longer available. The breakfast attendant constantly checked on us and removed our plates - I prefer to eat in peace.

Hotel was very very clean, which was amazing for an older property. Beds were comfortable and check-in was easy.

WiFi connection was subpar and I'd prefer a Noon checkout as opposed to the 11am checkout

Everything was great. Receptionists were very friendly, the gentleman who served the breakfast was beyond attentive and friendly. Very clean facilities. Loved our stay.
