The first room that was offered to us was filled with bugs and the receptionist was apologetic & happy to help with switching the room The 2nd downfall was housekeeping they where very rude and try’s to come in your room without permission if I didn’t have the security lock on they would have came in my room while I was exposed this happened both nights we where there

Initially the room that was allocated to us was under construction, but they immediately gave us a new room, with 2 king size beds! Was very comfy. My only concern was the humming noise that continued the whole day; it had something to do with the extractor fan (I think that was what that was). Breakfast was amazing; there were even gluten free options for my sister who is gluten intolerant. And the coffee was amazing, as was the yoghurt. The staff were also great and assisted us with queries, like catching the bus and train to DC. Overall a great stay, even though I had booked us in a 'residential' area.

Thin ceilings allowed noise from above

Property was large, had basketball court, decent breakfast, pool til 8 pm, spacious room with 2 king beds as advertised both comfortable, plenty of parking available. There was a restaurant within 5 min walk and gas station at the bottom of the hill. Plenty of snack options at all hours available at decent prices. Staff was courteous and helpful throughout the whole stay. Would stay again

The building A doesn't have an elevator, although the building has just two floors, so it's not a big deal. The carpet in the commons area is dirty.

Would have enjoyed bedside table both sides of bed as the room was certainly spacious enough. There are food options close by, but it's a pretty shitty area. The hotel tho felt completely safe .

The elevator was extremely small it barely fits the carrier for your bags also there is a step on one of the entrances not the main entrance it's off to the left of the main door the step is extremely steep an it can easily hurt someone big time my husband almost hurt himself there an there are no signs it's just a gaint step might wanna look into that an the smell of the bathroom smelled like sewage but overall good decent place to stay the house keeping crew is extremely friendly!

Most of the employees were friendly but there was one receptionist at the front desk that was extremely rude.

There was an issue with the house cleaning removing my medicine from the room. I had to purchase additional medicine and the hotel reimbursed me immediately for the expense. I was very impressed.

There was a lot of noise during breakfast at all time, since the hotel accomdate workers from some working place, they come to breakfast from the starts, and talk loudly. Also in the hallway of the rooms was very loud. Breakfast should have some vegetables such as cherry tomatoes
