Some people nearby were talking until very late. My partner didn't like it but I put in earplugs because I'm a light sleeper, so I slept well. He didn't sleep very well.

We stayed in a tent. It was comfortable and clean. I found the switch for the little lights around the bed. They were pretty. The temperature was great. We opened the windows for a bit and it cooled off, then we closed them. There were also two fans, but we didn't need them.

It of course would have been nice to have a private bathroom. However, HTR Moab was the best price we could find in town.

The kitchen was very nice and the community bathrooms were clean.

Although not an issue when I went to sleep, the noise from outside the room could clearly be heard. My room neighbours were having fun, enjoying their time here and could clearly be heard. They stopped well before bedtime so wasn't an issue but basically, the walls are paper-thin.

The room was basic, it had no washroom facilities, but that is clear before arriving so no issues there. The washing facilities were clean and tidy and as good as any on-site camping facilities. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. My suitcase was delayed on route by airline, and arrived at HTR - the staff were on hand to receive the suitcase and bring it to my room. Really appreciative of that.

No towels, my husband had to go hunting for some AFTER I hopped in the shower… also, they gave us 1/3 of a roll of TP for two people for two days. We bought some when we were out.

The shared kitchen was busy at times and there were not as many plates and bowls in the actual unit as we needed. We used the ones from the kitchen which was fine but we also didn’t have anything to wash the dishes in unit so we had to wash all pans used in the shared kitchen. The AC unit also has a blue light that doesn’t turn off (I didn’t try to mess with it) that was kind of annoying to sleep with.

We loved the location, the tiny home was perfect amount of space for two people. The porch was nice to sit and eat breakfast on each morning, the views were great. We loved the grill, griddle, and kitchen areas. Staff were very friendly and communication was great. The view was awesome and we got engaged at Canyonlands NP while staying here so it will always be a memorable place!

I'm not sure how to change this. But the wind was so strong and sooooo loud. It's was like monsters were attacking the tent lol. And the fan in the roof of the tent looked secure but the clanking from the wind made me wonder if it was going to fall because the wind was blowing so hard.

We loved the tent and bed and decor. It was super comfy.

They have security code for each doors. (room, bathroom, kitchen) But no light at security botton. So I have to turn on the ligh after sunset.

We got the 2 bedroom apartment for a family visit and found it to.be super tiny. Not recommended if you are more than 3 people The bathroom was clogged and we couldn't use it, had to go.to.the bathhouse The room gathered dust and wasn't cleaned thoroughly

My cottage was relatively close to Highway. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. But, traffic is light at night and it won’t bother you if you’re a good sleeper.

When arriving at 8pm there were no towels. The customer help number that was listed on the check in paperwork took you to a voicemail that said it was HTR but we couldn't get ahold of anyone to help us get towels. The lodge residence was also getting confused for the communal kitchen, so we had 6-8 different people trying to get into our unit by trying codes, waiting by the see through glass door and knocking throughout the night. Mostly frustrating that we couldn't get ahold of anyone that worked there. We were finally able to get ahold of the manager by finding another number listed on the office door. Kim made things right and got us everything we needed.

The staff made what would have been a terrible stay into a great one. Kim was pleasant and understanding and made things right. The lodge looked really nice and it was very comfortable. The large bathtub was great, after we finally got towels to use it.
