Valet killed my battery .. when it was time to leave .. after 10 minutes of waiting.. they came up and ask me to come with them. Only to have to get a jumpstart for my car

Cost! Plus cost of valet, food, water etc. For the price of the room just feels like there should be some things included. When did hotels stop putting chocolate/mints on the pillows?

That there was an extra charge for every single little thing...including Wi-fi. I usually stay at cheaper hotels on my trips and they provide free Wi-fi. We just went without. Feel like if you spend $400+ on a room-you should not get nickel and dimed for a bottle of water or for other services that are normally included in a hotel stay. However, I am from the midwest and realize things are different in California...

Spacious room, very clean, shower pressure was great, hassle-free check in, great vibe, bell services went above and beyond holding my luggage several hours after check-out time which was appreciated!!!

Soundproofing was interesting.We could hear the people in the room next to us.

Loved the location, right across from the beach and down the street to shopping.The meals we had in the resort were all really good. The pool for the kids was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Sofa bed was terrible. So uncomfortable for teenagers or adults. Needed mattress replacing, you could feel every spring.

For such an expensive and high class place, they really nickle and dime you. $50 bucks a day for parking, extra resort fees after the fact per day… wish all the pricing was transparent.

Location and view were amazing. Right across from the beach and pools were cool! Walking distance to a lot. Great place to vacation! Room size was big too

Untrained valet drivers, long wait to get in restaurant, close early and very few options for casual and affordable food, the bathtub was stained with blue water drops, toiletries had to be specially requested.

Peeling wallpaper in closet from water damage was obvious Amenities like writing pad and pen not in room waste paper containers could be placed around the suite and facial tissue’s should be by bedside

The food at Cabo Wabo was very mediocre considering the price. Maybe they are known for their tequila and margaritas but we don't drink so that didn't cater to us. We are from Southern California so we are very familiar with cuisine from south of the border. Again, considering the price, I expected an elevated version of the Mexican cuisine and it did not really deliver.

The rooms were nice. My wife loved the balcony facing the ocean. My daughter loved the waterslides in the pool. The room service came much quicker than expected, other hotels take longer. The service in your hotel is amazing. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job considering us witnessing several entitled guests treating your staff horribly.

- There wasn’t a fitted sheet on our beds. Just a flat sheet where a fitted sheet should be and it wasn’t secured down. - I also didn’t like how there wasn’t body wash in the shower, just bar soap. - There should be chrome cast or more than just a couple free options of shows for kids to watch. - The conditioner pump was broken and with how it was set up I couldn’t get any conditioner out. - There were no towels at the pool in the evening and it was cold. The attendant wasn’t very polite and said it would be 5 or 10 min and didn’t give us any help or other options. - My room was charged for someone else’s food and then had to prove it wasn’t my charge. - The room looked like it hadn’t been dusted. - My daughter got a few cuts from sand rubbing on her and when I called down to the front desk to ask for a bandaid or Neosporin, they said I could buy it at the market. Simple first aid kits should be provided with no charge considering the price you charge for us to stay.

The location was great and it had a lot of fun options. We loved the pools and having an on site coffee shop was nice.

Crossing the major road to the beach. The Hyatt had a foot bridge. I probably stay there next time because of that one feature.
