This a cute older motel. Room was arranged different than most-bed against wall but was amazingly comfortably. Nice comfy chair. Easy checkin. Walked to room and unlocked room for us. Recomended excellent breakfast diner

Google maps doesn’t know where the property is! I drove around for 1/2 hour trying to find it until I ditched Google.

This motel is very quiet, clean and comfortable; an exceptional value. I plan to stay here whenever I am in the area.

The room was very clean. I was especially surprised at the quality linens - towels and sheets were very nice. The bed was very comfortable.

I absolutely love this place, it is small, not fancy, so all you “powdered buttocks” people wouldn’t be impressed. The rooms are quaint, exceptionally clean, cleaner than any place I have ever stayed and that includes 4&5 star hotels. The towels are plush and heavy. The shower has tons of pressure so you’re not having to rinse for 30 minutes. The staff is kind, the young man walked me to my room. This place has everything you need for one or two nights. I wish there was a Husker Inn wherever I stay when I travel.

That there aren’t more motels exactly like this in other smaller Nebraska towns. Maybe? Someday?

This is the 2nd time I’ve chose to lodge here. The amenities are adequate; it’s clean, very quiet, and the value is 2nd to none. The owners are very pleasant, helpful, and caring as I was visiting for the passing of a loved one.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful. It gives you a home feel. It was convenient to alot of restaurants and shopping.

No towel bars in the bathroom. Need one by sink and one by tub. No room control for heat. Office controls it. They did turn it up when asked so I was comfortable

There was nothing I didn't like.

The front office staff is so sweet. He went out of his way to help me since I am new to the area. The room was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything thing was clean and fresh. I had a desk and chair. I also had a recliner and a king size bed The room has a nice size refrigerator and microwave. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. I will be recommending it to other students.

I do not know how to use Roko? You might want to put together some basic directions for first time users.

The location is off the beaten path. Very quiet. Easy access to amd from my route.

We could not control the heat, but like others, just cracked the window when it was too warm. (December).

I always research where we stay, reading reviews from multiple sources. We thought this was too good to be true due to the exceptional value. It was perfect for our over night stay on our way from Iowa to Colorado.

I can’t think of anything.

The room was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. When we checked in, the person who greeted us was friendly and efficient and then walked us to our room and opened it up for us. He then gave us, responding to our question, recommendations on local eating establishments. Also, there is a great coffee shop that serves wonderful breakfast items just a few blocks west of the motel.

I dont like you have to check earlier then tge check out time to get your deposit back they should just put a hold on funds then credit back after room is inspected

There was no way to lower the temperature but opening windows to get cold air helped.

Always clean and comfortable. Rooms have been upgraded and have everything you need. Close to downtown and good places to eat. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else traveling across Nebraska.

Paying 40 dollars for a room I had low expectations. After I arrived I was surprised, this looked and felt like something I would’ve expected to pay 80 dollars for. Great staff and very clean.
