It was a little concerning that they have a bar on the 15th floor that they check all of the costumers with metal detectors before they are allowed entry. The valet parking is a mess because of the upstairs club. Also the QR code that you have to use for room service and valet parking didn’t work. The staff was nice but overwhelmed.

1) The images on the site show beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline …and there are… at the front and right side. Everything else looks down at the Interstate, Marta trains and a regular train track with all running trains and cars pretty much 24/7. There is a pedestrian crosswalk/ bike/ walking trail, over the interstate into a nice neighborhood so you do see people walking dogs etc. landscaping is nice. A little noisy though. We brought a fan so it did block the noise. They also have a noise machine in each room to block any loud noises. 2) The coffee maker will steal your peace in the morning. Too hard to deal with- didn’t really work, too small and compact… needs to be changed out asap. NOT a happy start to your day.

1)The staff was A+. If anyone was having a bad day you never knew it! These employees had great hearts and attitudes. 100% friendly, helpful and truly kind people. 2)The MATTRESS wasn’t lumpy from (different people/heaviness)- we have been so uncomfortable lately at other hotels. This is a new problem occurring. We slept well. 3) Very clean and nice room. Bathroom was very nice too. Television and WiFi were great. 4) This hotel is a two lane walk across from Lenox Mall, right across from Bloomingdale’s! 5) There is a nice self park right beside the hotel. We really appreciated that part. Very convenient. 6)We never made it to the rooftop restaurant but the one on the first floor was great. Outdoor dining was available. 7) The gym and pool were terrific!

The only thing I didn’t like was the distance I had to drive to get to where I needed to be.

The aesthetics and decor are fabulous! The room was very clean and the perfect space for one person. I’ve been in Atlanta for the past 7 weeks and this hotel has by far been my favorite.

No one informed us about parking when we arrived and we kept paying for the daily parking for the 6 hrs until the valet manager told us how the parking worked.

Only thing that I didn’t like (and I totally was unaware of) are the Marta trains running so close by. It’s not a big deal, as they provide ear plugs with the toiletry set up in the restroom.

Omg, it is a stunning hotel upon entry and the rooms were nice and comfortable. Lovely view, beds and furniture were very nice and the hotel restaurant was amazing! I’ll never not recommend Skylah at the bar for her alcohol recommendations! This was an amazing experience

I’m international so we checked out around 3am to get to the airport and the front clerk told me the bill will be send afterwards by email due to the fact the concerning department need to process an extra charge for early checkout (checkout time is 11 am the latest) I said what? First time heard. I’m waiting for the bill to see what this charge is for my further steps 🤨

The cost of the parking. I was charged for valet when I parked it myself. But it still was only a $5 difference.

I loved how clean the place was. My room was awesome. I was on a high floor with corner windows and could see Atlanta midtown and Buckhead city. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, staff was friendly and accommodating. It was overall a great stay.

The drinks from the rooftop were watered down and appeared to have mixed with drinks that seemed to been open for more than 1 hour.

Very convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. Everything looked brand new and looked like it was well kept!

Parking fees. Bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. Baseboards, base of shower tile. Shower doors are getting moldy on the bottom. In another years time not adtessing these issues will make this place dingy.

I liked the updated facility, clean, no furniture that could be stained, good lighting, comfortable beds. Staff awesome.
