Having to pay for parking was a little unattractive. The pillow on the couch had some sort of stain on it. The door to the bathroom was off track.

The location was perfect. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious!

My room was given away, even though I spoke with the staff to try to do an early check in. They stated they would contact me by phone when the room was ready. I was never contacted so I came back at regular check in time and my room was given away, the had to find me another room and because the room was not cleaned and ready I had to come back to check in. It was an inconvenience

We liked everything you had to offer. The rooms were so quiet. We had our grandson and he slept most of the night because it was so quiet! So, I guess I can say it was "baby approved!"

It would have been more convenient for the toilet and shower to be in their own room and the sink area separate when we were all trying to get ready at the same time.

Room was so spacious and wonderful for our group of three friends. We felt at ease and really enjoyed our time relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and well staffed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfectly fine hotel in a great location. The staff couldn't have been more fantastic!! Loved that there was a great bar area to get great snacks and salad and popcorn

Parking at night was a little rough, having to go across the street to park. If I had been by myself, I dont know if I would have been comfortable walking alone. The area is well lit, though. The bathroom door in our room never fully shut.

The staff was great. Breakfast was good and filling. Parking areas were well lit. The shower pressure was amazing!

Parking costs $13 daily first come first served, not reserved, and three different garages. I went downstairs to order dinner one night at the "H Bar", and to my surprise, no one was working there behind the counter, or otherwise. I waited for several minutes and eventually left because I was hungry and ended up having to go out and get something to eat. The hours of operation indicated they were open at that time.

Modern sleek guest room, comfy King bed, and white quartz countertop in the kitchen. The room was very clean and spacious. The sectional sofa was extremely comfortable, and I liked the bar stool and office chair to get work done. Great variety of food at breakfast. Great location close to stores, and restaurants.

All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. Staff including cleaners, cooks, service personnel etc, were respectful, helpful and freindly. The rooms were nice with good facilities I.e. air con/heating, toiletries and towels. Breakfast was amazing! Offering different choices of food each day and the large portion sizes keep you filled untill your next meal, very cost-effective for guest.The gym equipment is top range, the outdoor swimming pool and gym areas are clean and care is taken to maintain high standards daily. I loved the experience here. A lovely hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom counter, bathroom door, and nightstands were not wiped down prior to our arrival. There was soap scum and grossness on all of the surfaces.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Had a decent selection for breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is in a good area. It is near the hospital so you hear occasional sirens throughout the night but there's nothing you're going to do about that. The outside pool area is nice too. We enjoyed our dinner out there in the patio area.

This Hyatt was amazing. The one by the Perimeter Mall is disgusting.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. I highly recommend the suites. They have a full kitchen.
