Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Nothing, it was great.
This was our second stay at this hotel and we’d definitely continue to stay here. It’s walkable to a lot which is hard to do in this area. We had everything we needed and then some between the room and the rest of the property.

Price was bit extreme...large event in town at the time, but still daily high in my opinion for stay. Approximately $400 + for one night stay, standard 2 queen bed.

The property was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the location was great. Right outside the front door is a community of multiple restaurants. An added plus- IKEA is right next door! We will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!

I BOOKED THRU BOOKNG.COM . I CALLED THE HOTEL 3 TIMES ASKING IF MY PAYMENT WENT THRU. 2 TIMES I WAS TOLD YES AND 1 TIME NO. I HAD MY CC STOLEN AND HAD TO GET A NEW ONE. THUS THE REASON I CALLED. I CALLED ONE LAST TIME ON JUNE 10TH. SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN NOT AT THE FRONT DESK AND HE SAID 100% THAT THIS WAS PAID FOR. I AM THINKING GREAT. WELL I GET THERE ARE I AM TOLD NO IT'S NOT, I QUESTION IT, I AND EMBARRASED, IN FRONT OF PEOPLE BECAUSE I'M TOLD IT WAS, ASKED TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER PERSON, SHE SAID SHE RAN MY CARD IN FEBRUARY AND REMEMBERS IT DIDN'T GO THRU.????? SO I'M LIKE WELL IF THAT IS THE CASE, THEN WHY, WHY WHY, AM I TOLD 3 TIMES IT IS FULLY PAID FOR. TO ME THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT REALLY UPSET ME AND THE HYATT PLACE IN FISCHERS. I didn’t like that the breakfast options were not varied and lacked vegetables. They only offered eggs, bacon, potatoes, and refined sugars. It would be much better if healthier options were included.
This is a comfortable and peaceful hotel with great service.

The water pressure was really bad I couldn't hardly even wash my hair it was like a drip! The pool wasn't warm and it needs a hot tub with it!! The price was a little high for me but I know everything is high right now!!
Everything was so nice and clean! Very spacious rooms, beds were great! The location was very cool lots of things within walking distance!

At breakfast, they were running out of items, some weren't labled, they were out of ice water and hot coffee for quite a while.
Fantastic location!! In Fishers District among so many restaurants and within walking distance to Fishers Event Center, Top Golf, and IKEA.

The location is beautiful and the facility itself is wonderful. It is my favorite place to stay when I visit Indy. Despite the entire Ohio State University men's and women's teams staying there, I was not disturbed at all, slept peacefully, and enjoyed an evening in the bar area to work, eat, and have a few glasses of wine.

The only suggestion would be to have some individual items at breakfast. Individual yogurts, individual cereal boxes, bananas, maybe individual juices too? Something you can grab and go. There were only items that you had to get a plate and sit to eat them. Everything else during our stay was great!

Property is clean and new. Within walking distance of the Fishers Event Center. Amazing restaurants literally across the street. A great value for your money. The breakfast is on point as well. Has a very good bar located near the entrance.
