The front desk clerk was busy but still took care of a personal need I had of flying all night and needing to give my bags up and get some coffee. It meant a lot to me.

Great, comfortable room! Great location to rental car return/TPA. Front desk staff were all excellent and very social. a very pleasant experience all around. They also handled the pool being closed very professionally and apologetically. and offered an alternative on a close sister property. I just thought they handled that extremely well.

No pool access on site during our stay.

Excellent breakfast. Location is close to Tampa airport. That was the main reason I stayed there but there's no nearby grocery store or restaurants in a short walking distance. I could sleep well. It's so queit.

The hotel pool was under maintenance when we stayed there. They were able to accommodate at a sister hotel and the pool was nice there, but would have loved to have the proximity of everything all in one location.

This a very clean ,updated,cool hotel.The best I've ever stayed at.The outdoor pool area was great.Outdoor seating areas with gas firepits.Lots of indoor seating areas and a lobby bar.

A little difficult to find. Upon checking in the attendant at the desk was chatting with co-workers and didn't seem too interested in welcoming us to the facility. Also, we inquired about local restaurants and he didn't have much in the way of recommendations.

The breakfast was absolut not what I expected. So close to an international Airport offering such a poor breakfast buffet is for a hotel like this more than poor.

Seemed like doggy hotel! The dogs are EVERYWHERE and most of them smelled,weren't friendly and barked constantly!! The housekeeping needs alot of attention!!Walls are pretty thin!Seeing the airplanes were fun until its time to sleep.Between dogs barking all night and planes coming over you dont get much rest.Too expensive not to be able to relax in peace

The rooms are pretty nice size with fridge and microwave. The staff are so friendly and helpful.The breakfast is perfect!Close to the airport and check out very convenient!

The cost of the items in the grocery area downstairs. I paid $10.31 for 1 soft drink, 1 bag of chips and a reese candy bar. That's really over priced.That's the only thing that I didn't like.

I am from New Orleans, La. And My son and I have to fly to Tampa once a year for him to have a medical procedure.We have stayed at several different hotels. And this one is by far the best one hands down.The staff was really nice.The facility was very clean and well maintained. They did a outstanding job with the breakfast. And I really love the fact that they care about their guest safety. You need your room key to have access to anything in the hotel. I think this is going to be our home away from home for now on.

I would have loved the option of regular water in addition to the lemon water in the lobby. I would have also loved for the restaurant hours to be as visible as the breakfast buffet hours. The restaurant didn't serve lunch which would have been nice even if it's just like cold sandwiches and drinks. These are small things but overall the experience was amazing and I would definitely go back.

Love the breakfast and that they switched up the foods daily. Staff were so nice. Loved the fire outside. Loved the pool. It was a beautiful location and had amazing views
