I did not like the mattress as I was up a lot with achy joints. I also did not like getting a $500 bill for resort fees and parking after I already paid $1600 for 4 nights.

Décor a little tired and patched up cracked tiles on floor

The hotel is in a great location close to the Marina, shops and Bars on Duval Street. Room was a good size but not the most luxurious I have stayed in but still nice. I did feel it was expensive but I would stay again.

I paid extra for a view and it was a tiny 2 person patio that you had to turn sideways on and stretch your neck out to see anything ~ no microwave to heat up dinner leftovers ~ the fridge in the room didn’t keep our soda, water, food cold ~

Everything was overpriced, but that's life in Key West now. The hotel room needs some sprucing up. The duvet under the cover was stained and ripped, which I tried to ignore for our 4 night stay. The bathroom shower is huge but not very functional, water ended up soaking the floor. Needs TLC and updating.

Location is excellent, bar in the hotel is fantastic with a sea view and nice breeze, great staff. The coffee shop was also excellent.

For the price I paid, I thought the outside deck (partial view) and room itself would be slightly bigger. Sprinkler cover in my bathroom ceiling fell off (scaring me in the middle of the night). Bathroom vanity decorative lights (looks like silver bubbles) were caked in dust but everything else was spotless. Beach area was not really a beach area at all, enough for 2 people to sit ( but there was plenty of deck space with ocean views) small area to swim in the ocean, I ended up using the beach area from the neighboring hotel.

Location, close to marina and great restaurants off of Duvall, loved that I could book excursions,water sports and leave right from the hotel . Great pool and bar. LOVED the reusable water bottle concept with flavored water cooler.

Room was located right above the A/C vents which were loud and hot air blowing up while out on balcony. We were also confused as our room view overlooked different hotel property pool and Tiki bar, which we were looking for to find out later it was not part of Hyatt.

Room was clean, front desk staff very friendly, sent me bottle of champagne for my special Birthday, much appreciated.

The breakfast. Waited 30mins for our order despite only 5 tables being occupied. Poor quality cooking, eggs underdone, crab cake overloaded with citrus flavour made it sour and sharp. We had the breakfast rate included in our stay but it was confusing the breakfast staff presented us with a full bill so I had to strike it out.

Great location, nice decor in room, clean, nice style. The young man and woman on reception in the afternoon check in were friendly and helpful.

Self parking was a little overpriced. $25 a day would be sufficient or free as some people would like to drive from Miami to see the beauty of the drive. The turtle pool needs resurfacing as it was dirty looking. Room was standard and nothing special for the price.

Great location! Awesome staff! Complimentary key lime margarita while waiting to check in was a nice bonus. Great restaurants nearby, two blocks to Duval Street, and nice beach access. Clean pool and chairs were comfy providing different views. Self parking was plentiful.

The parking wasn't included and it was expensive (U$35 a day). Breakfast was also not included and expensive, I would recommend eating outside of the hotel.

The room was great, clean and comfortable bed. The pool and access to the beach is also great and the hotel is really good located right next to a bunch of restaurants and bars.
