The shower did not work properly. The faucet was ready to come out of the wall. Especially when pulling the toggle to engage the shower head.

Although the room and bathroom were quite clean, there were some stains on the carpet.

The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. The lobby was well lighted and spacious. My hallway was clean and well lighted. The rooms were quiet, especially considering the location on a busy street. The bed was very comfortable. The location for my purposes couldn't have been better. Easy pickup and dropoff and the Metro nearby. I'll likely stay again.

Breakfast needs improvement. Coffee was not available for 20 minutes in the middle of the breakfast hours. Pancakes and waffles were cool to temp and tough.

The room was spacious, quiet , comfortable and close to the metro. A nice variety for breakfast. Parking convenient too.

Although the hotel offers free breakfast it not always easy to eat. The breakfast area is rather small and the opening hours are 7.30-9.30 (10.30 over weekend), if the hotel is slightly busy there's no space to sit and food options run out fast. Bathroom has only a shower attached to the wall, no faucet or a removable shower head, so washing ,especially kids, is tricky at best.

Hotel is fine quite close to the city center, few steps away from a metro station. The facility overall is well maintained. The rooms are clean, paid $$$ parking is available onsite. There are many lunch & dinner food options also available nearby.

Parking was a bit concerning in the small parking quarters under the building. Also paid to park there. Room was great! Breakfast was super -- very nice selection of foods. Comfortable seating arrangements at breakfast. Would stay at the Hyatt again!

Nice hotel with friedly & helpful staff in close proximity to metro station (3-5min, going to Washington and Dulles IAD airport) and some bars and restaurants. Good breakfast and clean (not perfect but good enough). Location was easy to reach - also by car - and felt safe even during night times - some nice looking detached house close by.
