We booked a 2 bed room and ended up with a king which was the last room available apparently. Had to sleep on the couch.

Loading/Unloading the room. Especially if the car is parked on a lower floor than the room. There's no escaping or changing it. It is what it is.

I got a top floor room. I had booked a King suite, but none were available. I receive a two queen bed room on the 9th of 9 floors.

Housekeeping knocking on my door multiple times in the morning. I cannot understand why there isn’t a system to tell the crew when guests checkout. It is so annoying. They should not be banging on doors on day of checkout.

I love this location and we try to stay when prices are reasonable. It’s clean, well-appointed, and the parking is easy.

I booked specifically for the pool. Only to find out out after no pool and the woman I spoke to at the front desk yelled at me. I was then transferred to the managers voicemail, Aisha. I left a message with phone number and never was called back. The curtain on the window does not block out the sun and the door to the bathroom was hard to lock. There is no vending machine on the floor

Would have liked door to bathroom entry, a sliding door so person could use sink and change in that area instead of having to go the washroom.

Would have loved more fresh fruit or vegan options for breakfast. There was no soy or oat milk. Many places have the individual soy milks so none goes to waste. Thank you for making the oatmeal dairy free.

The beds are horrible and so hard my back was killing me and the same for my young girls…so it’s not just because I’m old! ;-) please change the mattresses or I probably will never rebook in a Hyatt Place. The location near Bloomington Normal was the same. The beds are absolutely unbearable and I could not sleep.

Great staff, clean, convenient location, loved how the parking worked. Also like the sofa bed in the room. It’s great to have a sofa.

Had trouble with electric outlets. Several didn't seem to work but others did. People in hallways very noisy most of the night. Especially bad between 1 and 3 am. Need more sound proofing in walls of hall and rooms

Signage for the hotel was not eye level so it made it difficult to see that I had arrived at the entrance to the valet parking area. Once around the block and I managed to find it. I qould sign the entrance at eye level better.

Room and location. However, it was difficult to find at first due to the signage being so much higher than eye level. Went around the block and finally found it. Was in walking distance to the theater I attended.

The property looks tired: carpets in hallways and room stained, chairs and desks scuffed. We stayed one night and the next morning the toilet didn't work (the handle was useless..... good thing we didn't use it before we figured this out) so we had to use the lobby bathrooms! ugh.

GREAT LOCATION in cute downtown Champaign, close to restaurants and bars. Nice lobby and EXCELLENT bar connected to lobby (named PUNCH!).
