Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesCheck-in was seamless, which is nice at 11:45 p.m. when you're tired and just want to put your head on the pillow. Room was larger than average, with the sofa, and a suite set up which I did not expect for that price. The breakfast was all good, well kept, hot coffee, and they happen to be putting fresh biscuits out next to the gravy. I wanted to say thank you to the woman attending to the breakfast bar, but she was simply too busy making sure everything was filled up and fresh. At checkout, the front desk attendant was glad to fill my cooler up with ice from the kitchen for me, rather than having me go up to the third floor.

United StatesI found 3 cockroaches in my room, including the first one when I opened the bedroom door to enter through the first one, the cockroach seemed to be welcoming me. I also found the sheets dirty, when I went to bed it looked like there was nose dirt on my sheets
