We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe air conditioning unit couldn't keep up with the outside heat and large room. I could hear it working the whole time, and while I wasn't hot, I don't believe the room's temperature ever got down to the 69 or 70 degrees F that I wanted it to be. The hotel felt a little dated. Would have been nice if the room or public area had a microwave.
Close to airport. Could sign up for a free shuttle to drop off at airport. I wanted to go to the Grapevine Mills mall, and this was in walking distance. My room was spacious, and had a mini fridge. Wifi and breakfast were complimentary.

United StatesThere wasn't much to not like. The hotel was exactly what I expected for the price I paid.
It was spacious and laid out well. The room and bedding were very comfortable and the place was clean. I like that they have the big bottles of cleaning products in the bathrooms, little products are such a waste. The staff was very friendly and I like that their breakfast runs to 10 am so there's no rush to get up.

The Staff were just amazing. They were warm and very accommodating. The Room was spacious and clean. The lighting in the room was good and AC worked really well. The beds were comfortable and plenty full of space with a Sofa. I will definitely choose it next time. The staffs at the front desk really made the experience of staying there great.

United StatesAs I am allergic to feathers, I asked for a feather free pillow. There were none. Most hotels offer a down alternative. I was surprised and somewhat upset they did not. I ended up sleeping on a sofa throw pillow. Also, the elevator broke down. The staff worked hard to get it fixed quickly, however.
Convenient to local entertainment. Clean, good breakfast.
