We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Our TV remote didn't work right. Maintenance brought us a new one but still had to unplug from wall to shut it off or to reset it. Very inconvenient. No microwave in room. Good breakfast but no pastries.

The best of the breakfast was the fruit and the orange juice. The bread didn't have much choice and I don't like sweet bread. The hot food was not so good. The location was perfect once I've participated in a conference that has been held at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center. It was just a very short distance to walk every day. The shuttle is a very important facility and it is necessary due to the geographic characteristics of the region.

Room is perfect, just like a mini apartment. I also love how they have a shuttle bus, not having a car is difficult at times so that helps a lot. The buffet breakfast has a great spread aswell. Overall fantastic hotel with great facilities
