Cleanliness needs to be improved. I shouldn’t have to ask for room cleaning daily. The construction in the morning is loud and there is no warning prior to booking. The rooms look half ass renovated. There was no back up generator so when the storm hit the lights and air were out for several hours. I’m disabled so it was inconvenient. Just because you put a shower chair in a room does not mean it’s a disability room. The bath is both accessible for people with leg or lower body issues.

The staff were nice. The complimentary breakfast was very large and had many options.

The front of the building was not accesible due to construction going on. Lobby A/C NOT working. 1 elevator was out.

The Room A/C was working! Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The elevator was a bit jolty. Considered taking the stairs. Found small black bugs on the bathroom door. Coffee maker was missing the tray that holds the coffee for brewing. Had to settle for hot water and a tea bag.

Perfect location for our needs, friendly staff, breakfast had all my favorites.

The hotel was clean but needed maintenance and a lot older than I anticipated. There was construction at the front entry and I thought I read that the rooms were renovated- clearly they were not. The air conditioner in my first room was gross and need cleaning

Only miss here is that there is no laundry in house.

Location is really good. Stay was comfortable. Bed is very nice. Staff is also cooperative. Especially Laneda at the front desk was par excellence. Breakfast is also good.

I wish there were ice machines on all levels and the breakfeast was bigger even if the hotel had to charge us more for it

We came here specifically for the pool. The pictures were outdated and misleading. The pool was dirty, slimy, and moldy.

We had family with us and they had the following issues Got locked out of their room for over an hour+ due to dead battery. No maintenance on site. Gave instructions over the phone to get them in room. The next night, needed clean sheets and no fitted sheets available but made do with top sheets. Next morning stuck in elevator. Didn’t get rescued for at least 5-10 minutes. One elevator not working at all and the other one couldn’t stop on the 2nd floor. Gates to parking lot remained open all the time. Wi-Fi sporadic and tv didn’t work in their room Moving old furniture out of hotel’s top floor and left windows open all the time. In our room, toilet seat very wobbly. We have had family gatherings there many times and liked location, but not sure about staying again.
