I travel with my dog and it is one of the best hotels to stop at when she is with me. The staff was wonderful

The staff went above and beyond for our stay! We came here for our honeymoon and were greeted with flowers, champagne, chocolates, and a nice note. All the staff was very friendly and ensured our stay was the best it could be. Loved, loved loved the location! It was fun to be able to go shopping

Parking was $18/day!!! It didn’t mention that when I booked, so they waived it this one time, but I won’t stay there again due to that fee.

I WANTED A LITTLE SNACK AFTER THE BAR CLOSED. I CHOSE A COUPLE OPTIONS FROM YOUR LITTLE MINI STATION ACROSS FROM THE CHECKIN DESK. I WAS ALL HAPPY THAT I FOUND A LITTLE TREAT. A BOX OF PEANUT BUTTER PIECES AND A BAG OF POMOGRANET/CHOCOLATE PIECES...HOWEVER, WE WERE TOLD THE PRICE FOR THESE TWO ITEMS TOTALLED $10! WE PAID IT, BECAUSE WE FELT TOO EMBARRASED TO RETURN THEM...BUT....LET US DO BETTER HERE...WE'LL KEEP A WATCH OUT NEXT TIME. YOU LOST A LITTLE OF OUR TRUST AND RESPECT ON THIS ONE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE HAD THE POOL AREA CLOSED TO KIDS AT 9PM AND ALLOW THE ADULTS TO ENJOY A QUIT SWIM AND SOAK UNTIL 11PM - WE ENDED UP NOT SWIMMING BECAUSE THE KIDS WERE ROUGH HOUSING WITH EACHOTHER AND AN ADULT, AND WERE YELLING. WE ARE THANKFUL THEY WERE HAVING FUN, BUT IT WAS TOO MUCH FOR US EMPTY NESTERS

Entry is confusing - a ground for 'lobby' but no staff, and parking on 4F and then elevator to 5 to checkin? That was so confusing. It would be good to have local businesses offer coupons or discounts to hotel guests.

Breakfast was pretty good - it was promoted to be reimagined and it was fresh and hot, but mostly basic. It would be great to see some more modern interpretation and inspiration for nutrition and ideas.

Great location including parking clean rooms and the staff even upgraded us because we had stayed before as world of Hyatt members. They gave us the suite! It was so spacious and quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds! Will definitely go back

One of the elevators was out of order (out of the two). There were several items for breakfast, however, the hot items were well done fried. The sausage Pattie’s and French toast were not very appetizing. And the cut up fruit were mushy and not very good.

We didn’t realize the hotel was located on the 5th floor. Once we figured that out, obviously the security was good for the hotel. In addition, it’s in a great location to several restaurants. We just went downstairs and had a great dinner. The room was very nice, we had two beds and a large couch. Getting on the WIFI was very easy.

Parking. We have a large truck parking in the parking garage was difficult but doable not able to park on the 4th floor because it was to low of a ceiling. In order to park outside they needed to issue a parking permit and it was an additional $25.
