What I didn't really like was that I had to leave the property and drive a couple of miles to get something to eat for dinner.

The breakfast was rather good. I enjoyed the steel cut oats the most. The location to the airport was very close.

The hotel seems a bit tired and is in need of a refresh. As mentioned, our bathroom door handle fell off, the bathroom sink drainage plug had rust around it, the sliding door runner to the mirrored bathroom door was rusty. The air conditioner by the bed was very big, meaning if you step out of bed in the night you need to be careful otherwise you may 'shin' yourself on the conditioner. The lift 'felt' as if it was an old lift from the 1920's with a very high ceiling, indeed only one was working whilst we were there. The hotel corridors felt dark and a bit dingy. The design of the room means the bathroom sink area is in the bedroom area and clearly visible from the bed, however the shower and toilet is in a separate room behind a door. I personally don't like this but it seems to be a design choice to save space in some Hyatt Place hotels in the USA.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very efficient. The room and the hotel in general was a comfortable and clean place to be. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable too. The shower room was clean, worked well and looked to have been refurbished recently. We had a minor issue in our room (bathroom door handle fell off) which was dealt with on the same day by friendly maintenance staff who fitted a new handle.

I didn't like that there was not a hotel information sheet in the room. We couldn't locate the ice machine and couldn't call the front desk from the room to get info. The preprogrammed numbers in the room phone didn't work. A hotel info sheet (list of phone numbers, ice machine locations, wifi info, etc) would have been helpful. Also, the beds were not comfortable to me. The mattress was extremely soft and sat pretty low to the floor.

Our room was a little outdated and wallpaper coming off the walls. I’m sure our room wasn’t the unit one. Also the people on the floor above us was loud and running around the room. Very disrespectful.

The checkin was easy, check out was easy. Guest services was helpful. The size of the room was great and clean. The not so comfortable part was the bed and shower.

The linens and bed pillows were terrible. Sheets were very “pilled”, pillows not fresh.

The staff were A+. Kind, professional and helpful with dinner suggestions Breakfast was included and plentiful . A very large area, so didn’t feel crowded, a plus.

Not really complaining, but these are concerns…. Room seemed damp and this was December which was warm and humid, but still surprising that the carpeted floor felt damp and clean towels felt damp. Towels weren’t clean actually when we got there. A dirty one was on the shower floor and the folded ones seemed damp and had stains. Front desk helped with that right away and apologized. Bathroom/Shower was very dimly lit. Needed another light in that area. Property was very busy and crowded. I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel that was so busy at breakfast time. Not the hotels fault at all obviously. One review online said it was a new property. However, there was noticeable wear and tear in our room (scratched paint on doorways, sofa was stained). I’m assuming it is from the high traffic of people and use the hotel sees.

Liked the comfort of the bed. Liked the location and price.

We traveled to 7 Hotels over 14 days and I liked this one the best. They had the best breakfast by far. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get out in the morning.

Room aircon was very noisy with no fan speed control. The hotel room was not vacuumed in 9 nights.Traffic noise takes some getting used to as the hotel is extremely close to the 82. Repetitive breakfast... The bar area could be more welcoming and limited choice. Our ordered food was not very nice and limited in choice. Bar coffee machine didn't work. Sorry to staff, but some reception staff on their smart phones at the reception desk for hours is annoying to guests. Doesn't look good. English communication was occasionally poor. Shouldn't this be a staff requirement along with Spanish....

Staff were friendly. A clean hotel. Breakfast was mostly edible, but after 9 nights, it was repetitive... The gym was quite good. Parking area good. Location convenient for a number of routes. Bed comfortable.
