Elaine, the bartender, was amazing—she took the time to explain each drink she was mixing and the reason behind it. The hotel was very secure, requiring an intercom to enter and check in, and after that you needed your key 24/7 to access the building. It was also super convenient, with everything within a 15-minute walk, so there was plenty to explore close by.

There was not hot tub, the pool was small, breakfast was not included, and it was difficult to get in from the first floor due to it being locked.

You have to park your vehicle in the street and run to the second floor to check in.........it also seemed to be geared more for the younger crowd with tech savvy........also I think the price was too steep for what it was....... the fact that the parking garage was also an extra charge I thought was a bit much.

It was close to the medical mile.........It was quiet on our floor so that was nice......once I found out where the check in desk was and got there it was an easy process in and out......

Bathroom fan didn’t work. Little moldy in shower. Would like to have been told to use room key in elevator (we didn’t see the sign until another guessed explained and showed us).

I don't like that we have to pay for parking and for the breakfast. especially breakfast should be free or included in the cost of the room. as much as we paid for the room, people shouldn't have to pay for the parking and breakfast. that should be included or free. it's on a very busy street and you have to park on the street to check in then go around the block to park.

the room was very nice and clean. the breakfast was so good, and the staff were very nice. it was walking distance to the concert place we had to go to.

I did not like the Hotel holding $50 five days after my stay. I left my room perfect.Should have been returned to me that day. That is wrong.

Lounge area for late night was nice.

I'm not sure if I didn't realize if I had to do something, but when I went to check in, the doors were locked and I couldn't get in. Others coming out let me in. Maybe if I had known there was a parking garage and came in from that way, but I didn't realize that. Other than that minor detail, it was great!

Being from the 'country', the location was fun and the hotel was clean and comfortable and I loved looking at the view from the 10th floor into the city.

This hotel was a perfect location for our event at Van Andel. A quick 8 min walk. It was very clean, staff was great. Our room was very spacious with our two queen beds. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

The "heated" pool was not so heated. But it was still refreshing.

I didn't like the lack of hospitality in getting fresh towels, I didn't like having to pay for parking when I payed for a room, I didn't like the fact that your entrance is confusing and hard to access

$38 for parking was a bit much. Also the exit machine wasn’t working and had to call for help and pay over the phone. Was an inconvenience as cars were lined up behind us ready to leave.

Breakfast was delish. Also liked how come we were to van andel, easily able to walk to and from.
