The cleaning crew did not clean our room and was asked more than once

Room was dirty. Blood on bath mat. Hairball in shower. Food on sleeper sofa and floor. Rug was wet. Bed was too soft. We reserved a king and they didn't have any when we got there. Bottom of hot tub was filthy. Hallways were hot and humid. Staff was being very rude to someone on the phone while we were checking in.

Good location. Sitting in the hot tub was helpful for back aches. Manager was friendly at check in. Breakfast was good.

Is wasn’t clean and the door wouldn’t close to the bathroom

The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Their was old crusty chips on the bathroom floor behind the door and the counter was dirty.

I´m quite unhappy about the situation how they work. I needed to change the flight for one day later. Also that I wrote a message 3 days and 2 days in advance, they didn´t response and charged me the extra night. They were not responding at all to my messages, no confirmation, nothing. I needed to call, that I minimum got some feedback that the booking is still available. In this things, other hotels are much way better and easier. Very disappointing! Parking is 15,- USD per night extra, which is in most areas of Houston also not common, but because of the close NRG stadium understandable.

Hotel is nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Very close to NRG center and stadium. In general a good choice for a stay when you need to be in that area.

Some of the staff is still getting up to speed on how to work with guests. One morning the breakfast staff was literally hovering over my family to quickly get our food and leave. Breakfast buffet was over at 9am, but we slipped in at 8:59am, but give me a break, do you treat guests this way? One was standing over my child telling them to hurry up. To top it off, a few minutes later they allowed another guest in to get breakfast. That really pissed me off. Parking access: not easy. You need to go down one elevator to the 1st floor, then across to another set of elevators to get up to your room on floors 7 or higher, it takes time. Parking spaces: Unless you drive a subcompact, parking is very very tight. Security: other than cameras, anyone can access the garage or come up to any floor w/o having to pass the front desk.

This is a brand new facility. Comfortable and inviting decor, plenty of seating in the lobby. High lobby ceilings and spacious. It's nice. The rooms are also nice, a little larger than your typical with nice seating areas. The roof pool and spa are really nice. Plenty of seating and a nice view. Breakfast buffet was average, but it's included so you can't really complain.

Y’all - the elevator system is not good. Switching elevators just to get from your floor to lobby and then to garage is already a bit much, but what makes it tougher is the obvious high demand most hours of the day. Meaning, 2 functioning elevators is a bottleneck and discouraged me from going out for a big part of the day. Please see if anything can be done. Also it was frustrating arriving to the garage as it was the only possible entry to check-in and I found out I needed a hotel key to enter. Moreover, when I pressed the call button nothing happened so I had to get out of my car and request 3 cars to REVERSE so I could get out and call the hotel while not holding up traffic. Eventually I was told by a nice gentleman to HOLD the call button and was let in. Please put a sign there which says *HOLD call button (2-3 seconds)*

LOVED the pool, and booked for that reason. Beds were also comfortable , TV was awesome with size and quality, and view was incredible as they honored my high floor request too
