On the website, it said there was a restaurant on site….unfortunately it had closed. They did have a small bar, and assisted us with a DoorDash order.

Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and breakfast was included. We were at the airport hotel because we had a flight the next day, and appreciated the shuttle service.

When arrived off the shuttle the staff was pleasant but when asked if I was someone else he then proceeded to help that customer who was third in line off the same shuttle. I then returned to the front desk after reviewing the charge on my card as it was not the price I booked online. The staff talked to me like I was a 2 year old and was very condescending. All he had to tell me the first time is that I would see an additional $25 for incidentals. In all my experience I'm always told the amount upfront and its usually a much higher amount and a separate hold so I would have never questioned it. Then he proceeded to serve our shuttle driver a beer. Hopefully he was done for the night.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean although the furnishings were more worn than expected for a Hyatt. Breakfast was good and morning staff was very pleasant.

Breakfast... no coffee. and even after i mentioned it, the person continued her training/talking before going to get it. I actually finished my breakfast and had to leave. NO COFFEE !!!!!

The housekeeper missed our room for a touch up service one day. We had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels. The tv was a bit outdated not having any apps on it. The only option to stream is to use the google chromecast that did not connect to any of our phones. And and having a small microwave in the room would be a nice touch.

Breakfast was decent. There was good quantity amount of food there; can go back for seconds. Just wish there was a waffle maker or more french toast in the middle of the week. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was good, they did clean up breakfast exactly at 9:45am, which is before the 10am cutoff. It would be nice to have items available all the way until 10am.

Room was spacious with living room area and bedroom area. Beds were comfortable. Location to airport was great with airport shuttle.

The breakfast was good, several choices available. Our flight arrived very late and the hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport within 10 minutes after calling them. We were very appreciative of that since it was after 1:00 am!

We ordered some food in the evening when we arrived and I was a little disappointed that it all came in plastic take-out boxes and came with plastic cutlery. If you have a working kitchen (and the hotel clearly has one - see breakfast) I don't know why you can't serve the food on real plates and provide real silverware. The hotel lobby and public spaces were reasonably modern, but the floors and rooms looked like they could use a renovation. As mentioned before, everything was clean and working, it was just all giving off an "old" vibe. For the amount of money we paid I expected a little more.

The breakfast was great. It had a lot of selections including some healthy options. Everything was fresh. The bed was a little too soft for my taste but it was still okay for one night. The water pressure was good and everything worked fine. The location was great for our purposes (flying out from Milwaukee the next morning).
