The front desk was absolutely amazing! Beautiful room i didn’t want to leave! I’ll be staying here again very soon!!!

Hotel was very clean!! Room was perfect, and exactly how it was described and pictured! Great location! Staff was wonderful!

The pool wasn’t open early , would have loved a swim in the early morning. This won’t deter me from staying here again :-)

I was so impressed with cleanerness the rooms were great, although I needed a chair near the bed for me because I'm older and believe me the bed was actual comfortable, me being very picky when it comes to bed, I never get under the cover,but I was comfortable, you can ask anyone beds are my pet peeves at hotel. Clean, comfortable n value worthy of price.will stay again in future.

My room was far from elevator me being almost in my 69 lol. And I needed a bedside chair was needed. Never use the sofa pullout again picky. Any sagging gives me hebegebe!

Cozy spacious rooms. Good internet connection. Friendly and helpful staff. Free large parking.

Poor breakfast. Lack of fresh stuff. Limited selection of bakery.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was really nice, the place was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. If we're ever back in the area, we'll stay here.

The breakfast was wonderful every morning, the pool was clean and kept up with, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, it was very clean and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

Very clean room with comfortable bed and very nice cotton linens. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very accommodating. I had booked a room for 3 people and although sofa bed was made up, a quilt/blanket was missing and it was too cold to sleep without one. I asked for one and It was immediately rectified with no hassle and I appreciated that.

Everything in the hotel was nice and clean and the room was very spacious. The beds is nice and comfortable with the pullout sofa also sleeps well. I really enjoyed my visit to this hotel. The breakfast was very good and they had a great selection of food and drinks.

I liked everything nothing was disliked.

Very clean, housekeeping was wonderful. Plenty of hot water. Loved how there was a safe in the room. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of food despite the crowd. Very quiet at night, no disruptions.

Our TV's LaunchPad was not working, so we asked the front desk if someone could come up and take a look at it. They said they would, but after an hour, no one came up. We went back downstairs to ask again and they said that our cords were the reason our devices weren't connecting to the TV, even though we tried to tell them that the actual LaunchPad service was not working. No one ever came to the room to look at it. This was the only inconvenience the entire trip, so it isn't worth a reduction in rating.

Great staff! Very helpful and thorough. Rooms were big enough to accommodate a family of 6. Clean and close to the amusement park we attended! FREE Breakfast that was really delicious!! I was pleasantly surprised!!

The restroom door cannot be locked. Cannot be closed. We thought that its weird but we found the lock on the floor.

The breakfast was good, and my bed was comfortable. The pool was nice too.

I was checked in by a rude employee with brown curly hair working at the front desk. He kept his head down and never made eye contact with me. The front desk is in the middle of the restaurant, and it was loud. I told him I couldn't hear him, so he repeated it, talking so fast that I couldn't understand what he was saying, but I guess that was his point. He was annoyed and didn't want me to hear him. The room wasn't clean. The towels were dirty, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I had to take cold showers. I mentioned this at the front desk and was told they would have someone look at it. Nothing changed. I had cold showers every morning. I went in the pool the first night, and as I was getting out, the building manager came out. I guess to remind guests that it was closing. He watched me get dressed. I had a skirt over my bathing suit, and it was wet, so I slid it off. He was staring at me the entire time and made me so uncomfortable that I said, It's just a skirt. I have my bathing suit on underneath. He said, Oh, I didn't know what you were doing. Did it matter what I was doing? No, it did not.
