Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Coffee was a bit average but I really can't complain. That's probably really nit picking.
Very clean and the rooms were big, which was amazing. Loads of space and super close to everything and easy to get to everywhere. The staff were great and very helpful!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was cozy, and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety, and the food was well-prepared and delicious. Highly recommend!

The rooms were cold. I one room the air was completely shut off so the room warmed up, the second room it was cool, the third room we tried to turn up the heat and asked for blankets, the blankets were thin sheet blankets, not warm. So we were still cold.
We had our two dogs with us and we were able to eat dinner with them on the patio. The location was excellent, we could walk to the Falls both in the afternoon and again after we ate. The location was well worth the cost.

The Breakfast was a Terriffic Spread, some hotels offer free breakfast.Paid for the breakfast& was nice not to have to leave to search for breakfast.
The price range was adequate/ fair for the room, the room was nice& comfortable.There was a refrigerator, but I did not see a microwave. Niagra Falls was a very close walk from the hotel, my family& I Appreciated this.We would stay here again.

The couch in the room was great to have but it really wasn’t comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time because of the pull out bed under the cushions.
Breakfast was good and the staff was respectful and helpful. We asked for a room with a view of the falls and the staff was able to accommodate.

The hotel was really nice and clean. However the parking garage was totally shady, it had an elevator that went to a dark floor that looked like it was condemned!

Breakfast was really good. Lots of items to choose from. Scramble eggs, banana, milk, bread, jam, sausage, etc. Bed was very comfortable. It was only 3/4 minutes walk to falls, and all other shops in walking distance.

The pool was so high on chlorine that it burnt my kids’ skin. Their favorite thing about vacation is swimming and they didn’t get to do that after day 1 because it was so bad.
I loved almost everything! It was an exceptional hotel! The staff was phenomenal with the exception of one bar/food attendant, the food was great! The rooms were amazing!

Breakfast time finish at 9 am during weekday. It’s better they can make it upto 9.30 am

I wasn't told that the hotel would validate my parking and ended up paying $70 and when I tried to get the hotel to assist the front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was terrible.
Most of the staff was wonderful with the exception of one girl at the front desk. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was great.

The pool was out of order and we were told it would only be for 3 hours but ended up being out for 6 hours. The following day there were no towels in the pool due to dryers being out of service.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no towels in the pool the one day and one of the employees was nice enough to bring us sheets to dry off with.

The beds and pillows were a bit soft, we prefer a firmer bed and feather pillows. But they were not terrible by any stretch.
The staff went above expectations finding us rooms directly across from each other. The rooms were clean, the pool area was clean, breakfast was great and all questions answered with a smile!

No gluten free bread or other gf options at breakfast. Didn’t like that all cups, plates, cutlery etc were disposable - not good for the environment.

We only had 1 washcloth for 2 people. There was old water damage on the side of the bathroom sink.
Everything was great! Breakfast was plentiful. 5 minute walk to the falls.
