You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very clean and the rooms were big, which was amazing. Loads of space and super close to everything and easy to get to everywhere. The staff were great and very helpful!

United States of AmericaThe rooms were cold. I one room the air was completely shut off so the room warmed up, the second room it was cool, the third room we tried to turn up the heat and asked for blankets, the blankets were thin sheet blankets, not warm. So we were still cold.
We had our two dogs with us and we were able to eat dinner with them on the patio. The location was excellent, we could walk to the Falls both in the afternoon and again after we ate. The location was well worth the cost.

The price range was adequate/ fair for the room, the room was nice& comfortable.There was a refrigerator, but I did not see a microwave. Niagra Falls was a very close walk from the hotel, my family& I Appreciated this.We would stay here again.

Breakfast was good and the staff was respectful and helpful. We asked for a room with a view of the falls and the staff was able to accommodate.

United States of AmericaThe pool was so high on chlorine that it burnt my kids’ skin. Their favorite thing about vacation is swimming and they didn’t get to do that after day 1 because it was so bad.
I loved almost everything! It was an exceptional hotel! The staff was phenomenal with the exception of one bar/food attendant, the food was great! The rooms were amazing!

United States of AmericaI wasn't told that the hotel would validate my parking and ended up paying $70 and when I tried to get the hotel to assist the front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was terrible.
Most of the staff was wonderful with the exception of one girl at the front desk. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was great.

United States of AmericaThe pool was out of order and we were told it would only be for 3 hours but ended up being out for 6 hours. The following day there were no towels in the pool due to dryers being out of service.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no towels in the pool the one day and one of the employees was nice enough to bring us sheets to dry off with.

The staff went above expectations finding us rooms directly across from each other. The rooms were clean, the pool area was clean, breakfast was great and all questions answered with a smile!
