Parking was kind of a hefty walk carrying luggage back and forth.

The rooms were so clean and always stocked with what we needed. The beds were so comfortable, I almost preferred them over my own bed! Breakfast was hot and tasted fantastic. It was a 2 minute walk out to the beach. Staff were so friendly and accommodated to our needs. Checkout and checkin was smooth. We even had chairs set aside just for guests that prevented us from having to carry chairs and an umbrella back and forth to the pool.

The resort fee was to high for what you had to offer. I booked a king size bed online and recieved a 2 queen room. The grits during breakfast were awful... and the resort dee was too high for the hotel had to offer

Best hotel in PCB! My standards for hotels are high- we typically stay at the Ritz Carlton or similar, but I was very impressed with this hotel, even without beach and poolside service. For the price, you can't beat it- the hotel is clean and contemporary, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We paid $30 more per night for a beachfront balcony, and WOW! Waking up to that view in the morning and watching the sunset was spectacular. Most hotel rooms I've stayed in feel cramped with the bed taking up most of the room's real estate- this room had an entire sitting area with an L-shaped sofa right by the balcony. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and the patio seating to watch the ocean was icing on the cake. My daughter LOVED the pool with the lazy river and splash pad/shallow area. We had lunch by the pool and the cheeseburger was enormous and quite good- we could've easily split a meal. The beach is stunning- there's a vendor on the beach that charges for umbrella and chair set-up, but two chairs and an umbrella are included in your stay each day! HUGE bonus- we typically pay $75-150/day for set-up in 30A. Our flight wasn't until 4pm, so the front desk held our bags after check-out and we were able to enjoy the pool for a bit longer because we departed! What an amazing stay- 10/10 recommend.

There aren't any bathtubs in the hotel (despite being told through the hotel chat that all rooms had them except accessible rooms. Also the description on booking.com says bathtub). Only showers. This is a big deal when you book a room for the tub, when you only have a shower at home! Not the same but luckily they had a hot tub. The pillows are too soft to only have two per person. I woke up with a bad neck the next morning.

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. Food, drinks and live music in the restaurant on Monday nights also great. The room was clean with a nice layout.

Breakfast, the waffles/pancakes need to be kept warmer or I recommend get a waffle maker a few of them so people can make their own waffles fresh.

The breakfast was ok, the pancakes and waffles were cold and chewy. Other than that, everything else was great! No other complaints at all.

No room service and couldn’t even order ahead from restaurant for takeout. Had to go downstairs order and wait for food while entertaining young kids. The kitchenette room had NO plates, silverware, etc.

I think the cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to details .The sink drainage..needs a through clean..The dirt build up was a little gross to see while brushing teeth..Along the shower as well..I do understand your hotel is super busy and it's probably a quick clean..however those details are important..Lastly the douval is not encased..I recommend changing it each customer...Who cares what anyone else does you're the Hyatt..Other than just those few recommendations I would definitely go back.

Great fiacility.. I loved your front desk staf.. Mr Lennon was my favorite.. He remembered who I was, greeted me by my name whenever he saw me. That was extra special.. Excellent customer service .I got my Ocean view this time.. It was beautiful
