It was close to the space, needle and other sightseeing places around the city. Staff was very friendly and everything with clean & up-to-date

Nothing was perfect.

The breakfast was terrible, mostly Luke warm and the selection terrible, they kept on running out of things. The best thing about breakfast was the hot tea.

Location was great hotel was clean and spacious.

Bed was really soft almost felt worn out. Water pressure wasn’t great but not terrible either.

Room was decent size.

The reception staff really messed up the billing! They seemed completely incompetent! Breakfast was just ok. We picked up a "clean" spoon and it had oatmeal all over it! Did not make me feel safe.

The room served its purpose as a place to stay for the night. The staff was nice.

The room was overpriced for a hotel without a restaurant or room service. One of the elevators couldn't take us to the floor we were on because the button wasn't functioning.

2 days asking to clean the room and when finally cleaned it they just change towels!

The staff was friendly, the room was less than adequate, our view was of a roof and people from an apartment looking in, the price was so high I will never stay as such a high price place ever again. The room didn't meet expectations and it was a disappoint, the location wasn't anything to talk about. I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say I better not say anything at all!

The location is great. I saw some people had safety concerns but we didn't run into any issues or feel unsafe and we were in and out all hours of the night up until 2 in the morning. We walked everywhere and if you know Seattle you know what to expect. This location wasn't anything out of the ordinary. We encountered multiple staff members and only one wasn't very pleasant.

The parking garage is tricky. Fortunately we were able to move to one of the bigger spots after the first night but there aren't many of them so it is a tight squeeze for minivans, SUVs, and trucks. The first night when we checked in the woman at the front desk seemed annoyed. She was very short with us and wasn't interested in explaining much. We just asked about parking and she seemed irritated having to tell us the cost and write up the parking tag. After that night though the rest of the staff was fine. The elevators are slow because there are only 2 and most of our time there one of them wasn't working correctly which caused it to be even slower. The room was clean but not very big for a room meant to fit 5-6 with 2 beds and a pull out couch. The beds weren't comfortable either. They were noisy all night every time anybody moved and the mattresses aren't great. We didn't hear other hotel guests, which was nice, unless they were standing right outside our door. The cleaning crew did stand out there and have a loud conversation one morning but for the most part it was just a brief conversation you'd hear as they passed. All in all, we did enjoy being in a spot where we could walk most places and I think this is what you pay for because otherwise it would not be worth the cost. We stayed 4 nights and with parking it was about $450/night. I know we went during a busy time but it was definitely overpriced for what the room was.

Breakfast was good kids loved it.

Microwave should be in room which will help lot .

Elevators were awful

Breakfast was good, bed was so comfortable and the size of the room is excellent

My fridge was noisy and not cooling as much. My TV remote was not working and I was not able to watch TV

Quick easy check in, it smelt clean, the bed was super comfy and so were the pillows.

The elevators are slow.

The enormous space. Super confy beds. Walking distance to market and restaurants. Kept our luggage while room was ready.

I liked everything.

Front desk staff was great!

One of the elevators was broken and every morning the elevator stopped at EVERY floor! We were on the 9th floor.
