Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The only thing we wished was that the fridge in the room would have been colder. Even after changing the settings it still didn’t really become cold. We had to rely on using our cooler and icing things.
Was an all around nice place to stay-nice lobby, nice breakfast area and plenty of seating. Room was very nice also.

Lack of communication between booking.com and hotel staff.
The staff was friendly and helped to the best of their abilities. I did have an issue with my stay and have yet to hear from upper management.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the people above us were ww Running banking on the floor no privacy at all could not sleep walls were paper thin, in the bathroom there are no lotions,, the pool was inside, thought it was out side on the web site it shows outside, the breakefest was very bad, the coffee was really week to much water....I wish I would have canceled before I got there and stayed at a Hoilday Inn Express they are much better

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower box was not very clean (there was hair on the floor).
Really good breakfast! The room was big, and was well decorated. Loved the organization.

The breakfast was a really good for being a small buffet and the staff was very friendly and helpful as they put out the food. The only thing I would say is that we were there on a weekend and it was very busy and they ran out of food on both days.
The location was great for what we were looking for in Waco. The room size is great and love the suite rooms.

While the location was close to the things I was doing, the traffic was heavy making it very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. For the most part, the room was quiet. However, one night the people in the next room and above us were extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep.
The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great and was quiet compared to some of the other places I've stayed. The breakfast was good and had a good selection.

I called the day before booking to make sure the pool was open and got that confirmed, so I booked our stay for the following day. Upon arrival I asked to make sure the pool was open and she told me it was closed for cleaning and didn’t know when it would be open again. I only booked because I called to confirm it was open the day before. It was very disappointing for our family

Room was small. When sofa bed was out, not much room to walk around. Proximity to highway means highway sounds.
Well equipped. Easy access off highway and close to restaurants. Comfortable bed. Night staff was great!

The breakfast isn't kept hot in the serving bowls.
The location is great. 8mins from Magnolia Table. 11mins from Silos and Dr Pepper museum. Lots of fast food and table service restaurants. Heb is close. The rooms are clean and modern. Lots of soft towels. The sofa pulls out for a double bed. Coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, and blow dryer availability. Quiet too! Breakfast is decent, I wish the food stayed warm but its placed in serving bowls on the counter. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, bread and bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruits, nuts, frozen waffles, jelly, jam, cream cheese, honey, peanut butter, tortillas, muffins, orange juice, coffee, apple juice, or water.
