It is very close to everything

There is no pool

Very nice was recommended by a friend to stop there. staff was very helpful would definitely stop again

Room very clean

On the hallway had no AC they have some fans. It was hot. Other than that everything was good

The room was spacious and clean

No one came to clean the room while we were there And the parking was too expensive We had to find parking elsewhere

The facility was exceptionally clean, everything looked new and in good condition

1. The attitude of the front desk staff. The woman who checked other guests and me (this was Friday 6/25 around 3-4 PM; middle aged, African-American, heavy set by description) in had clearly never taken a course in how to interact with customers. She was not overtly rude, but she had all the warmth and personality of the over worked, uncaring civil servant you have speak to at the DMV. No smile, no "welcome to Hyatt," etc. - just a blank stare and "Checking in?" I responded yes, she said "You have ID?" again, yes, and I provided it. Next question: "Parking?" and handed me the tag. No instructions, nothing about when breakfast was served, where the exercise room/pool where, where the elevators were - nothing. She handed me my room keys and was on to the next person. This does not fit with the reputation of Hyatt; they would have been better served hiring an AI assistant and programming it with better manners and an kindlier disposition. 2. $30 for parking/day is more than a tad over the top. This is West Palm Beach, not New York. 3. The hotel isn't responsible for this last issue, but the traffic noise at night was enough for me to never stay in this neighborhood again. I lost count of the car and motorcycle drivers who thought it was a splendid idea to rev their motors as loudly as possible at 11 PM at night as they raced down the streets with their tires screeching against the asphalt. Unless they're filming another installment of The Fast and the Furious series, I can only assume that this kind of adolescent behavior will continue in this area. You are better off finding a Hyatt or similar hotel chain that's a few miles away in a quieter area - no rip off parking fees, no drag racing hoodlums keeping you up at night.

The location was fantastic, close to lots of places to enjoy. The breakfast was alright

There was no housekeeping done the two days we were there, no shower gel for the first whole day and we had call several times to get it. No pool to enjoy and it's not mentioned as clear as it should in the listing.

Unable to view TV in bedroom area. Poor room design!!! Construction noise directly across the street from hotel. Outrageous parking for guests. Do not stay at this location

Connection from garage to lobby is very convenient

The only thing was the eggs were salty and boxed

Great location in town with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and good-sized rooms. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Perfect for our 3-night stay to visit family nearby.
