    nothing

We had a City view twin Queen room, the view was fantastic We stayed in Austin for two full days which was enough to do most things, visit the capitol building, explore the city Paddle board and Kayak along the river and explore Ziker Park and Barton springs.

When I woke up the next morning after checking in, I found a dead cockroach in my room - not quite what I expected from the hotel of this standard...

We had a great time, but I thought the amenities were not as good this trip due to the renovations

We got a heads up on the renovation starting in April, but we stayed the last weekend in March and the renovations had actually already started. I feel the signage was an adequate letting people know that the front desk had moved to the second floor the normal offerings I’ve experienced before at the downstairs bar were far less this trip maybe due to the renovations

I really like this location a lot proximity to the Riverwalk and access to the bat viewing

The building overall could use some upgrades (luckily they're renovating now). Our room window was filthy, with a lot of spider webs. The room was a little noisy, we could hear people upstairs.

Views from 9th floor on river were great. Staff was very kind and left us chocolates and sparkling wine in the room for our anniversary. Bed was soft and comfortable, room was very clean.

You can't get an espresso coffee for breakfast. The coffee shop at the Market was pretty basic and didn't even have a normal glass cup, only paper cups. It was pretty disappointing having to go out to get a decent espresso.

The parking lot in front of it costs $200 for 1 day. Also, breakfast is not included in the room. The price per person is $35, there is no variety. It is a very noisy place.

Little things that just aren't something to worry about. Taxes suck. Meal prices suck. But that is Austin's fault not the Hyatt Regencys.

The price was a little steep per night after the final tally. Taxes are ridiculous in Austin. Breakfast was $30.00! Luckily the city has many other good and affordable options. Parking is $52.00 and then you were taxed on that.

Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront. City lights at night were so pretty while swimming or eating on the property. Bat viewing was right outside the door. Room was very nice and clean. Lots of modern touches.

Parking was expensive both for valet and self-parking. Wasn't comfortable walking around in the area because there seemed like a large number of homeless people.

Location was very nice by the lake with all the green spaces.
