The only negative is the cost. At nearly $1k a night, I expected a much larger room.

This hotel charges a destination fee of I believe $30/night. This was not rolled into the price on Booking, so I was taken by surprise. I'm not a seasoned traveler, so perhaps this is just the expectation for these kinds of hotels - take it with a grain of salt. However, on the upside, we were able to take advantage of what that resort fee allows. We got a humidifier, flat iron (brand new!), and a handful of other items delivered to our room throughout our stay.

The location was great, in easy walking distance from North Station. Easy to find, and also easy to walk to various areas downtown. The hotel is pretty, very clean, and the staff was wonderful. The beds were so cozy, I almost didn't want to get up in the morning!

Lack of space for clothes considering it was a suite. The sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable but generally ok. No where to get a coffee in the lobby outside of csfe hours.

    Cheaper parking

Location near Paramount Theater and the opera house was excellent! Easy access to the Freedom Trail and cozy breakfast cafes! We took Lift to Hook & Line by the bay and the clam chowder was the best we ever had! We were there to see the Boston Baltic Film Festival in the Paramount and I’d recommend it highly every March!

Poor room lighting. Control for the TV was poor and limited channel selection. Cheap that all movies are going to cost a customer an additional $25. No HBO or something like that to watch a movie at night without spending a ton? The taxes and charges totaled over $70 per day per room. What is a destination charge of $30? Why so many taxes and fees? The traveler eats almost $125/ day for that and parking for Nothing. I’m e traveled plenty for work and never seen that many taxes and charges in other cities.

Location was exceptional. Clean rooms and building. Nice gym facility. Great view from room.

    1. There is a facility fee of $30 added to the room price - this is a junk fee and its ridiculous that Hyatt has to stoop to this level. 2. The restaurant is a glorified bar. The tables are too low in relation to the seating area and the service is slow. 3. The room is not equipped for work - there is no desk, no way to plug in equipment easily and its not an ergonomic set up like you find in hotels like Marriott or Hilton. 4. The hotel is grossly understaffed.

Hotel is well situated and the facilities are modern.
