Market has a slow and manual process for using credit cards which makes it slow during busy times.

Great location a few blocks from the stadiums and Fountain Square. Lots of parking close by. 24 hour market is great to have. Staff was friendly. Spacious rooms with great views

We were in a corner room and the bathroom was extremely tight.

Conveniently located in the city to walk to a lot of sites and close to the circuit to catch to get to other locations that were too far to walk. The price for the rooms for the downtown area was great.

Pool was not heated as advertised.

The room, guest services, and location were great. The only reason I rated a 9 and not 10 was the indoor pool was advertised as heated and it was extremely cold. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Location to the Flying Pig marathon was the best. I loved the Market store located in the lobby, it was so convenient to grab a coffee or snack.

$49 a night for parking? Ridiculous. I paid $13 across the street in the garage. The system for ordering breakfast, at the front counter, before sitting down, is cumbersome. Plus I never like automatic gratuity.

The cost was too high for the fairly average room and small bathroom. The room's main feature was a floor to ceiling view, but it looked out over a muddy, ugly construction site.

We chose the property for its downtown location near the Flying Pig Marathon. The proximity was great, the room seemed clean, and was comfortable.

Staff performance met expectations; however, improved communication protocols are recommended. A minor breakfast service discrepancy was efficiently addressed through clarification. Ongoing construction presents no significant operational challenges. Additionally, a microwave oven is needed.

Its convenient location allowed for easy walking access to nearby amenities. The downstairs restaurant, staffed by an exceptional host and chef, provided amazing food; I particularly enjoyed the authentic gravy and biscuits. The eggs, prepared to order, were fresh and not powdered, and even the sweet tea was delicious. My compliments to the host and chef (whose name I regrettably forgot).

My only issue would have been the construction beside the hotel. It did not impact my stay as I was on the other side of the building but made walking to my work location difficult.

This hotel was very nice. I LOVED the bedding. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when assisting me with an issue.

There was a lot of construction going on, would have been nice to have the heads up. The hotel itself needs updating as well as that pool.

Better job enforcing smoking marijuana in the rooms. The luggage carts are very outdated.

Older building, however it was updated and very clean. Staff very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give highly satisfied, is because they do not enforce the no smoking policy. Our floor smelled like marijuana during our whole stay. The front desk was not willing to do anything about it.

Did not receive free breakfast vouchers and had to ask for them (attempted to charge us for breakfast) Hallways were loud at times, bed was comfortable but blankets were thin. Floor 15, would have preferred a higher floor

Food was excellent, superb location for a Bengals game,parking was easy and inexpensive, check in was quick. Staff was nice, room was clean.
