One thing that missed in the room was a regular water-boiling machine. The bar area in the lobby / restaurant has a lot of potential, but felt a bit "boring" according to us.

Me and my dad spent 7 days at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with two separate beds. It was a great stay. The hotel facilities was as expected from seeing photos beforehand. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was adequate. The TV was large and had several channels. The view from the room was amazing, looking out over the Manhattan skyline. It has a mini fridge. Complimentary water every day. The room had som years on its shoulders, but all in all it felt clean and proper. The location is really good, you have a magnificent view out over Manhattan skyline. Safe and clean neighborhood. 1 min walking to Exchange place subway station, which takes you to World trade center in less than 10 min

We picked the room with the Manhattan view, but were assigned to another room instead. Fortunately, we were able to sort it out at the hotel reception with the friendly staff, but it was an unpleasant and confusing experience to begin with. Our messages through booking were never answered prior to our arrival. Amenities in general could use some renovation.

The view is what you are here for! Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient with a quick train ride to lower Manhattan or fun boat rides to its other parts. Jersey City was nice too! The room was clean. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We enjoyed our breakfast which was way better and varied than most US hotels.

A bit dated. My daughter's bunny was taken accidently into the laundry from her bed during room service and most probably lost forever, but we got apologies and a complimentary breakfast for this incident.

Beautiful view of NYC and close to the PATH train station. Walking distance to restaurants. Window could get open in the room for some fresh air, what a surprise in the USA. Could leave our luggage after check-out at 12pm on the reception and spend a great time before our flight.

No access to top floor viewing area which would have been great to take in the skyline.

Location was brilliant close to transport links directly next to PATH station and close to food outlets, shopping. Big room with plenty of storage and place for cases, sofa and small fridge and extra bonus was adjoining rooms for other family members.

Perfect location with amazing view on Manhattan and very easy access to the train going to World Trade Center. Room size is very correct and we had a quiet one.

That it had to beds i booked a king bed because we are a couple and had to sleep separate which was not fun because we were on a date but we made it work because i 📞 front desk and a single bed in a room was not available hopefully next time

Location and views, I had to depart the location a day early due to flights being cancelled (Boeing Max 800 grounded the entire fleet) the hotel would not credit me for leaving early, they told me I had to contact Booking.com who would then contact them, this makes 0 sense!!!!!!!!
