We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location downtown near food and drink. Room was spacious and quiet. L-shaped room entrance so ppl in hallway cannot see into room. Very nice restaurant/bar in lobby. Server got me in for breakfast early - thanks Loretta! Front desk staff offered to get me a luggage cart. Coffee available after hours.

United StatesThis is an older hotel and while updated with modern flooring and finishes, the bathrooms are small with no venting or fans so moisture is an issue. There was no microwave. We had an issue with our HVAC a/c not working on our 3rd night but did not call maintenance at 11pm, we just let them know at check out. Also had a toilet that probably used 4 gallons per flush. You have to ask for bar soap.
Location was good, some nearby streets and areas were dirty and littered. Not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was top notch and convenient, we added to our booking so it was 'included' and was $22 per buffet. We walked approximately 1.4 miles to the Red Mile for the Rail Bird Festival. Check in and out times were good. Parking included across the street. Lobby is beautiful. 3 working elevators. Staff was friendly.

United StatesNot as clean as I expected it to be. Dust gathered in areas such as under sink and lamps, not a small amount either. Hair dryer was covered in dust. Found hairs in shower. No hand soap given, had to use the body wash mounted in shower to wash hands. Bed was very firm and hard, uncomfortable for me personally.
Location is wonderful, within walking distance of a lot of great places downtown. Parking is very easy, lot right across road or can pay for valet. Very pretty view.

The location and bed were great. Great pillows, very comfortable. The lighting in the room could have been better, as could the cleanliness of the bathroom. The elevator was excellent; there was no wait. My partner did trip coming out of the shower—the height of the shower in proportion to the floor was higher than expected. The coffee in room was very weak. Overall, our experience was fantastic in all ways. Great breakfast, great people, great fireplace in lobby, great walking location!

Parking was not convenient unless you wanted to pay for valet services, not enough space to park in front just for check in either which made things difficult carrying your luggage from parking lot, a couple of blocks away, multiple trips, without ability to use cart.
It was clean and the staff were friendly/helpful.
