Breakfast was like the Amazing Race in the morning, breakfast items never hot either warm or cold.

The open air lobby was beautiful. Hotel restaurants were very good. They did a wonderful Mother’s Day Brunch on the Japengo sun deck. Best thing was the option to use the pools at their next door at the Hyatt Residence for time share holders. We spent a lot of time there, esp. enjoyed watching the Warriors games on the bar TVs! Also enjoyed the art gallery,shops and coffeeshop in the hotel.

Beautiful beach, we saw turtles every time we went snorkelling. Clean and spacious room. Walking distance to whaler’s village with good restaurants and cafes.

Pool- some people were reserving/putting their towels on chaise longues since 7 am and kept them for the day, which prevented other customers to use them during the day

Room- we ordered a room with two beds. very good set up and design. in particular we liked open bathroom area and sensor-operated night lights.

I loved how the beaches, shopping, and restaurants were all walking distance from the hotel.

The room cleaning was done only very late in the day, and the shampoo / conditioner was not refilled on time. Also, on the very busy days (new years eve week) all the restaurants were fully booked, leaving us with no options for dinning.

Great hotel structure, with large swimming pools for adults and kids, and with easy access to a great beach. The room was large enough to accomodate 4 people, and confortable.

I didn't like that one day the drinking water pipe broke and I didn't have water. It was very stressful not being able to take a bath after being at the beach all day or using the bathroom.

We booked a Mountain View room and got a golf Mountain View room. It was not a big issue , however it would have been nice to have the Mountain View

The property had multiple restaurants. We were able to try them all. Also the pool facilities and the beach front access was excellent. My son loved it.

Breakfast in the Swan Court was - although very beautiful - pricey and not good VFM.

Terrific room, very modern and nice. Room views to the mountains were amazing, even though we got room with supposedly "no view". Good location, Stuff was really nice. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and the pools. The Luau was fun.
