The beds and pillows were uncomfortable at best. It was also often hard to get our room cleaned. We would make sure we left the no service required plague was not on the door and come back to find it had been out on. The morning on check in I paid the hotel stay bill in full however at check in we were required to pay an additional $1700 in incidentals. I understand wanting guests to spend money on property but $250 a day is a hard pill to swallow and $1700 can put a damper on your family vacation. You end up spending much more time on property than exploring the town you are vacationing in. In addition to the $30 per day you need to pay to self park (considering you don't leave and come back, then you will have multiple charges) we were charged for valet every day even though we only used it once. There was a huge convention on the property from January 10-12 and we often could not get parking or get into the restaurants on property during those days so not only did we spent $250 per day during that time but we couldn't get into a property restaurant to use it and had to stay out tired and dirty from the day exploring so we could find a place to eat because there was no parking. Overall I would say the $5500 plus we spent for 7 nights would have been ok if these issues were resolved but given the circumstances I think it was a very steep bill for the experience and would not recommend.

Overall the property and restaurants were nice. We enjoyed the pool.Had a very nice dinner at La Zona and excellent cocktails at the bar in La Zona. The bar tender that night in January 12th was a charming and knowledgeable young woman. Great service and was doing a wonderful job training her co workers as well.

There is a lot of construction going on. It can be a little overwhelming. However the you have a glimpse of whether they want it to resemble once construction is completed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful!

The construction was a major issue and the fact that the rooms were still that high was shocking. Dirt and noise and no food and bad coffee because everything was under construction.

They removed the fragrances from this location during Covid thank god. Kids loved the pool. Bathrooms were nice. The rooms all have a patio. Valet staff was super nice. Great people.

The one complaint I have is that the hotel was under a major renovation and that was not apparent or stated in the listing.

The grounds were beautiful, the hotel and room was very clean and updated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I love the location...it is 10 minutes away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Scottsdale/Scottsdale Fashion Square in a quiet upscale community. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area without all the noise and traffic. Overall great experience.

Resort was under construction and didn’t know that while booking. Only one pool was open and with how much of the resort was under construction we would’ve stayed somewhere else during our trip.

Location and live music were great!

Room temperature wasn’t easily maintained during night. Bathroom tile seemed dirty. Mattresses didn’t have mattress pad protection. Concrete around pool wasn’t cleaned nightly. A lady and her husband were very rude to us and another family because she had put towels out early to safe pool seats and staff had cleaned up towels so she yelled at us and the lifeguards didn’t remove her from area.

The only thing I noticed was that breakfast and brunch options felt a bit limited, with just La Zozzona, Tiki Tika, and Mesa Centrale available. While the food was good, more variety in the mornings would have been nice. Aside from that, everything else about the resort was fantastic.

The resort was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and just a great place to unwind. The staff truly made the experience, though. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We were even greeted with margaritas at check-in, which was such a nice touch. And at La Zozzona, they went above and beyond by surprising our son with a sparkler in his gelato. Moments like that made the trip feel really special.

The people at the golf course next door were a little early to get going on their morning maintenance, but probably understandable for the climate. :)

Pools were fantastic and it was nice to have an adults only option. Our room/view was very nice with a huge deck overlooking the pools. Both exceeded our expectations.

This was my second stay in the resort in the last two months. Everything was great, but I especially liked the fact that within 10-minutes there is a mall where you can shop and eat in a number of fine restaurants.

It is impossible to get to the spa if you just want to use the saunas they have. This costs 40 dollars per day but they will NOT let you in unless you pay for a massage/facial/salt room, which is 3 or 4 times more than the 40-dollar Day Pass. Nice ladies at the desk tell you to come at 8:30am to get your Pass. But once you come, every day for 5 days, the Pass is not available unless, of course, you pay for additional services. And you can not make a reservation for the Day Pass for the next day. That’s trickery, in my book.

Large resort with 7 pools and 2 jacuzzis and free bikes to rent. A very nice mall with supermarket and great restaurants (fish!!!) very close by. You can get a self-driving taxi Walmo to the airport (!!!), which is a surreal experience. A very nice lady from the concierge desk saved me from missing the flight out of Phoenix, which I am very grateful for😀😀 There is a beautiful spa on the property with steam room and dry sauna. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay. Must be repeated.
