I found it odd that there's literally no staff, it's a completely self serve hotel. There are no vending machines, so having a few bottles of water in the room would be nice.

Location was great as we were going to the Amalie Arena by Uber. Room was clean and comfortable.

Property does seem worn out and could use a major refresh. Was a little strange interacting with the folks that had extended leases or are long-term renters. A couple of times people wanted me to let them in or hold the door. Very troubling for security.

The main room quality seemed very outdated, cracked tile, unstable night stand. The key was not allowed to be removed from the lock box. The "king" room was very small. It was very trashy looking out the window. There was no breakfast.

The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled in very nice condition. I appreciate they provided a blow dryer.

The room was way too small. I didn't see any staff. I was only given an emergency number. I had no idea how to buzz for more towel or check out or anything. The room was also just a bit too warm. The a/c wasn't the greatest. I also didn't like the key to my room was out outside the door in a box. I didn't feel like the door was secure at all. An extra dead bolt or something is definitely needed.

The location and how quiet it was. I also really like the full kitchen.

It is not a hotel, more like a hostel with staff mostly available via intercom. There is also NO daily housekeeping as per the description - my group stayed for 4 nights, no housekeeping even after putting my sign up for 2 days and messaging the property via this app.

I liked the location. The toilets are also recently revamped, so it's decent. Relatively clean rooms as well. The staff were generally helpful, and the owner Jim, was also very friendly.

the room was very cramped and not particularly clean, lots of little maintenance problems and cheap linens that wouldn't stay on the bed. The biggest problem is that you get into your room with a key that is on a chain in a lockbox by your room, its always in there which means anyone who has ever stayed in that room and knows the code could easily access. I mean the odds are low of anything happening but its just a terrible, inconvenient and very sketchy system. this whole place seems like that, its clearly an investment property the owner puts the absolute minimum investment into, and it shows.

the location is great, walkable to many restaurants, relatively quiet. they were flexible with us when we had to change our dates which I appreciate.

The room was very cute . And updated. Loved loved loved the shower with double shower heads and the rainfall effect. Very relaxing. Loved thr jacuzzi tub. The room was small and vintage style but loved it.

The lock box did not feel safe , anyone could have the code to open the door. We kept valuables in the our truck. Also, the airconditioner did not cool the room , a fan is needed.
